Cons (-) No parking available for guests upon check-in. We had to find a public parking lot several blocks away. Bathroom sink would not drain. When the toilet was flushed, water backed up in the sink. Bathtub faucet was very loose from wall and fixtures didn't look clean.

Pros (+) The food, particularly the oatmeal, was very good. Also, the room service and front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) We had to wait well into the evening (until 7 or 8nat night) for our room to be cleaned and that only happened by then because we asked. Several times. The wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom, the shower curtain smelled of mildew and there was mold in the shower

Cons (-) We were given the keys to an occupied room, which turned out to be an NFL player, then left in the hallway for an hour while the hotel tried to figure out where to put us. They told us the hotel was empty from New Year's Eve the night before but seemed to have booked the only two customers to the same suite! No apologies whatsoever from the manager of the hotel after the hour and a half inconvenie...

Pros (+) The view from our room was of downtown and from the 13th floor pretty incredible. Everything we needed was within walking distance which for us was wonderful.
Cons (-) For the cost of the room, tacking on a fee for wifi seemed much. Being in this hotel for business made conducting business difficult and the computers in the lobby were no help. I feel a bit like I paid for more than what I got out of staying in this hotel; beautiful, but pricey.
