Cons. Sheets and towels were not very clean. There were a few cockroaches.
Cons. When I got there I was told that I had to pay $25 just in case if there's any smoking. I'm not a smoker so I didn't smoke or anything but leave the hotel room a little bit dirty so I got $50 charge for it. Also The bed were awful and restroom made a weird scary noise after flushing the toilet. I am never going to Super 8 Indianapolis South ever again! I'm really pissed about this.
Pros. Cheap room for an overnight only stop.
Cons. Bed was old & worn out-felt every spring in the mattress. Shower was dirty-tile and tub bottom both stained. Multiple holes in the walls that were pretty roughly patched.

Cons. I would stay in my car next time. This was the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Even the staircase was dirty. My room was dirty. The chairs and desk had not even been wipe down when the last guest left. I don't believe that the sheets had been changed before I got there. I know this is an old hotel and in need of a remodel, but that is no excuse for the place being dirty. The towels were not good. Very thin. When I told people at the meeting that I had stayed there a few of them had stayed there in the past and had the same issues I had. Very, very bad.
