Pros: Close to Innsbruck westbahnhof. Very friendly staff

Cons: Noise from the trams. The room had a glass door to the bathroom, No privacy at all...

Cons: No elevator and long flights of stairs made carrying bags a chore. Room we had was very small .

Pros: Luggage area to leave luggage when you arrive early. Staff took my suitcase to my room for me while I was out (from the luggage area). Helpful staff. Innsbruck card available at reception.
