Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access restaurants, shops, and attractions. Many also appreciated the quality of the breakfast and found the beds comfortable. However, frequent complaints were raised about excessive noise from the street and neighboring rooms, as well as issues with cleanliness in some areas, including dirty carpets and bathrooms. While some staff members were noted as polite or helpful, service was occasionally described as impersonal or lacking attention to detail. Overall, the location and breakfast stood out as highlights, but noise and cleanliness detracted from the experience for several guests.AI-Generated from customer reviews
