I guess what I've said let's you know there is little wrong with your establishment. Top of the range.
Cannot think of anything I did not like. Main things like food cleanliness etc were all first class
The location for Inverness is very good. The character of the hotel being old was very interesting. Plenty of lounge chairs to sit in within the reception area. The size of the room we were allocated was very spacious. The afternoon tea is very nice and at a reasonable price.
Disappointed not to be offered the Cocktails on arrival which were part of the two night package. Also no mention was made about parking which is available upon a first come first served basis or if no spaces then arrangements with a local car park are available. Our room at 15.00 was still not serviceable.
The place - even though it is old - looks grand! Friendly staff. Definitely worth a stay. Plus points that it is literally a couple of steps away from transport services
Comfortable beds and good location. Also enjoyed having bath in bathroom rather than just shower. Hotel has beautiful art work throughout the hotel lobby and corridors. Nice decor.
Clearer parking directions prior arrival (shopping centre parking for £5 a night). Bathrooms looking very scruffy, paint coming off radiators, chipped wood doesn't give the "royal" look.
location good, although busy next to the train station, staff friendly, nice breakfast
parking was a nightmare in front of the hotel, you can park for £5 near by but quite a walk with suitcases, room over looked the train station platform so we could alot of noise
