Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's excellent and central location, close to the beach, city center, and local attractions. However, many reviews highlight significant cleanliness issues, such as dirty rooms, bathrooms, and bedding, as well as the presence of cockroaches. Breakfast is generally considered acceptable but could be improved, and service receives mixed feedback, with some guests finding staff helpful and others noting disorganization or lack of attentiveness. Bed comfort is another area of concern for several guests. Overall, the location stands out as the hotel's main strength, while cleanliness and comfort need improvement.
