Pros. The hotel is really nice and very close the airport with shuttle service for added convenience.
Cons. Staff was incredible and my stay was great! The only thing which is expected is I could hear the incoming planes to the airport
Pros. I had to catch a flight, so I just had coffee. Everything was fabulous. I wished I had gotten there earlier so I could have enjoyed the hotel more. The bar was great with lots of local craft beer on tap and they had great food.
Pros. I was able to secure a room in short notice due to a flight cancellation. All I had with me was my purse, not even toiletries. But the room provided everything I needed, and then some. The bed was SUPER comfy, just what I needed after am overseas flight. Room service was professional, quick, and the Texas Dip and Cabernet hit the spot. Thanks for the free bottled water in the room and the complimentary lavender oil too! These were perfect details that ,many other hotels overlook. I enjoyed lounging by the rooftop pool the next morning after a delicious breakfast of perfectly prepared breakfast foods. Bonus - Chelsie at the front desk gave me great recommendations to kill a few hours after I checked out. She stored a shopping bag safely and securely (of Belgian chocolates - very important) while I went on my excursion. She was warm and friendly and made me feel comfortable in a new city for a short length of time. Thanks for a great layover experience! Made me want to visit Dallas for its own sake sometime.

Cons. I had always thought that the Westin was a nice hotel. Customer service was supposed to be first priority. Upon arrival at this hotel it was very nice. One of my stay was complete, as I had to stay two days here. I checked out and a couple of days later I noticed three separate incidental charges on my credit card which should have been refunded. I contacted the hotel several times and got the runaround. I spoke with someone By the name of Misty Kinnard Who is the who is in the accounting department who totally gave me the runaround. She told me that my account would be refunded but I was charged an additional time for incidentals. I contacted Misty again who refuse my phone call several Times. When I called back numerous times I was never responded to. I had to finally get transferred to the accounting supervisor told me that I would be refunded it is been over a week now and I still have not been refunded $321, which is three separate charges for incidentals. I was told by the accounting manager that he apologized it would help me as much as he could but I am still waiting. I will never stay at this hotel again because the Westin is supposed to be about customer service and I could have stayed at the motel 6 and receive this type of service.

Pros. We love the excellent service we have gotten from this hotel on back to back years, the staff is very friendly and super helpful. Especially so with our concierge Tony Santos he was wonderful he helped us with everything we needed and more.

Went up to my room an hour later - - STILL NO CRIB. Was not able to call front desk from my room (used my cell each of THREE Times!!!) and there was NO CRIB delivered EVEN 4 hours later when the meal and speakers were done!!!! I left a nice tip for crib setup person, who, when it was finally delivered did a great job AND left a written 'thank you' note : )
