The staff and location was excellent. The facilities are always clean. Short walk into town.
The thing we didn't like is how tight together the beach chairs are set up.

Room was spacious and located right on the beach. Very close to pedestrian walk through eating street.
Room was noisy. Pool area was okay. Not enough explanation in regards to beach area. We were asked twice to relocate to another lounge chair???? and beach service was very slow.

The location and spaciousness of the rooms is great! They also keep it pretty neat and taken care of.
So this was our honeymoon and when I booked the property the pictures clearly showed a balcony, it was one of our main requirements- to have a balcony with n the room, yet when we got there it turned out that the only rooms with a balcony are the suites, and even though the hotel was semi empty due to the time of the year they refused to upgrade our room to a room with a balcony for any less than triple the price (even more than it would have cost us on line). We were deeply disappointed with the lack of courtesy of the staff, as though they couldn’t care less about this unpleasant surprise. So even though the facility was conveniently located and the hotel itself was quite comfy, we will probably look into the hotel right next to it which was no less beautiful and had balconies practically in every room.
