Hotel is clean, well appointed and luxurious without being overly expensive
I enjoyed the stay. I think the outside sineage could be better especially at night. Breakfast dear.
Good staff food good Carpark 500yds away phone charges & internet excessive.I Avoid hotels charging for internet.didnt know you could charge so much for calls perhaps you increase them when it rains
My wife and I are not 'hotel people' but we were blown away by the decor, comfort and especially the friendliness of all the staff.
Freindly staff light well maintained room None
All very good Cold at B/Fest in the resterent
Clean, comfortable and modern room.
The location is great, the comfort of the room was important but by the far the friendly staff were fabulous. Long Corridors, nothing else really.
The Staff - Just brilliant and very interactive.World Class.
Great room, very quiet, very clean, end of the corridor on the 5th floor... Like all the Rugby touches around the Hotel...
I went to the IRB Rugby at the Twickenham Stadium and wanted an overnight place to stay; b & b; close to the venue; at a reasonable price. The Twickenham Guest House provided all these. The service was very friendly and very helpful. I was disappointed with the breakfast which lacked a cooked element. At the end of the day, it was adequate for my needs.
Very helpfull staff, very clean place Rooms are sparce and very cold when the heating goes off
Shower head in poor condition unable to control heating room too hot
Friendly staff. Breakfast included. Free coffee and bottled water. Twickenham Rugby stadium is just across the road. Walking distance to Twickenham Town & rail station. Warn and tired room. Tv not working on all channels. Given a "suite" as guest house was full which had a kitchin area But a carton of Take away Rice still in fridge. No residents lounge so nothing to do if stuck at the Guest house. Guests can sit in Dining area which has a tv. Rooms have avery tired look but are clean
