The location of the hotel The hotel is an old construction. Air conditioning system makes a continuous noise, no matter it is on or off. Quality of the breakfast is poor. It was disappointing for a 4 star hotel.
The room was good and well-placed and the hotel is in an excellent position. Breakfast was disappointing
Localisation was perfect - so close to the waterfront, close to shopping area and not too far from the Agora. Very nice an clean rooms. Absolutely perfect, couldn't think of anythin gbad. Also we could park our car just outside. Also for us travelling with 3 kids perfect that we could use one single room
Not bad Room space
Staff was prompt. Clean decent rooms, a bit small though. Poor internet signal in the floor where i stayed, the 6th.
in a good position no
Comfortable room, excellent breakfast, parking space. The restaurant is excellent and the central location of the hotel is a bonus. Navigating by car one's way to/from this hotel in Izmir is painless.
Location and breakfast only. Staff were not friendly. The hotel was busy with many wedding parties. I lost a bag and could hardly get it back after loosing some of the content.
The rooms were clean and the view was wonderful. A little away from Izmir city
The air conditioning did not work that well
Hotel staff availability and quality of breakfast Location of the hotel is far from the center
Despite the surroundings of the hotel were a bit scary, but hotel itself was very nice and clean and very well located if you are interested in shopping. Also the places to see in Izmir (Agora, Kadefekele) just near by.
We liked the staff so much-they were extremely helpful and always professional and kind. The location was not as centrally located as we had hoped.
The hotel is located in awfull area of Izmir and in a very busy crossroad. We had initially booked for 2 nights but we ended up leaving after the 1st night as we could not sleep due to so much noise. But the hotel staff was very nice and they charged us for only that 1 night.
When we first drove up to the Hotel the area looked a little bit dubious, but after checking in with the very friendly staff, and discovering that the Hotel is situated at the beginning of the old Bazaar, and only a short walk to the cafes along the waterfront,we felt a lot more comfortable. The hotel is near a main road and a Mosque,so it was a little bit noisy for our liking.
