Breakfast was great, room was nice and kozy
The location is great. Staff was nice and breakfast good.
Rooms are a little dated.
Tiny room described to me as a cabin; very disappointing experience
The bed was comfortable.
See above. If I hadn't had guests with me, I would have refused the rooms and had a talk with the manager. I have really travelled a lot, both in the US and internationally and have never had a room or suite misrepresented before. I was trying to stay someplace special as a gift for my sister and brother-in-law. What a disappointment.
The cabins are beautiful. They are comfortable and relaxing. The view from the deck of each cabin is great - you are looking out at the creek and the hills. The food is very good and the service is excellent. The bed was so comfortable! We didn't it, but they have a free shuttle service that will take you not town and pick you up. This is really great since parking in town is very limited.
I wish there was a gym there. Also, it would be nice if there was someone to take your bags to your room. But otherwise everything here is perfect.
Comfortable and fun!
Staff, cleanliness, breakfast, look, location, amenities.
A very amazing place
The rooms were little cabins and it was fantastic, they were clean and spacious. The grounds were beautiful and the breakfast was fantastic. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.
Rustic Inn is a walk away from the center of the town, yet immerse in beautiful natural setting by the Snake River. The food was great and the service was first class.
Facility, grounds, room, breakfast
Not what I expected...
The beds were comfortable and the room was right on the creek, which was peaceful. Staff was pleasant and the lobby was tastefully furnished.
Walls were very thin. We were wakened by our neighbors at 6:30 in the morning and heard them moving around and talking for the next hour. Our tv didn't work very well so the football game we were watching didn't have a very good picture. The suite was nicely furnished but was kind of dark.
The entire property is terrific and lovely! It is a romantic setting and the grounds are extremely well taken care of. It was an excellent experience staying there on two separate nights. On the first night, we all received upgrades to cabins but the rooms were just as nice as the cabins which we ended up staying in on the second night.
One of the machines in gym was not working and air conditioner could be a bit more reliable. It was hot and cold all night on the second night.
I loved everything about this place. The staff was friendly and bent over backwards to assist in any way they could. The location is excellent - close enough to be on the ski slopes in less than half an hour, but walking distance from Town Square. I loved the creekside cabins. It was very cozy, comfortable and warm. It was also quite unique and refreshing. The complimentary full breakfasts, transportation to/from the airport, to/from the ski resort, and the water and coffee in the room were all huge bonuses, and made traveling to Jackson Hole significantly easier and more enjoyable.
Not Applicable. I liked everything.
