Pros. Bed was very comfortable. Room was really nice. Loved the refridge and microwave cabinet.
Cons. I had to leave at 4:30 am for airport before the breakfast, but I was able to have coffee. The tv remote did not work. Towels were rather thin, not like the Sheratons where I stayed the night before.
Pros. This hotel was very clean inside and out. No dust/mold/unpleasant odors etc. Beds were comfy. I was so surprised at how spacious our room was. I was more of a square shape vs the skinny long rooms with stuff packed in there at most hotels. The breakfast was absolutlet delicious! The first day the had southwestern omlettes that were really good along with all other kinds of breakfast foods. My daughter loved the waffle station where you made your own waffles and they also had fun toppings like whip cream, chocolate and cinnamon syrup. I also want to rave on the staff. Everyone washi friendly. Even the people sweeping up trash we nice and did not seem miserable. Was close to a lot of restaurants and close to the Jacksonville zoo. I would recommend the hotel to others and plan on staying here again on our next trip to Jacksonville

Cons. Shortly after arriving to our room, another guest entered our room with a different key. Once we had our keys rekeyed we weren't able to enter our room. The only item in our bathroom was a bar of soap. Also, our coffee was lukewarm in the morning. This was the worst experience with Hampton Inn Hotels. I expect better of this usually higher quality chain.

Cons. Upon checking in the first room we went to the beds were leaning up against the wall. The second room we went to it smelled musty in mildewy, the fridge where we were putting our daughters medicine was dirty and mold in the shows in the corners. The final room we rested in was also dirty and mold on the shower. I've been staying almost exclusively at Hilton properties for over 20 years. For most of the time I've been a diamond member and this is the worst property that Hilton has put their name on.
