The King Suite was outstanding. The spa tub was heavenly! Clean room and nice staff. Well equipped and spacious room, convenient location and very fast internet. Wine Country ambiance! Quiet comfortable rooms, friendly staff, excellence location near downtown Jacksonville. Clean & wonderful property. Staff & Ty did an awesome job with recommendations in the area. Will definitely return to this well run property. Kudos to everyone who made our stay great! Good breakfast. Comfy bed Friendly staff Good sized room. The location felt safe and it was sooo easy to walk to the town of Jacksonville. An espresso cafe and brewery were within a couple short blocks toward town. We also loved the inn's private, separate outdoor sitting area with Adirondack chairs and a fence of grape vines with grapes to munch on. Very nice room. Great location. Clean. Comfortable bed. Nice continental breakfast. Helpful staff. Front Desk Staff person (Friday afternoon) was a delightful woman. Very helpful and very kind. We loved all the outdoor seating around the property, there were 4-top tables, Adirondack chairs, and benches near hotel rooms to simply sit outside and enjoy the morning air. It is a pretty little property, nicely upgraded. We loved the amount of green grass and shade, very dog friendly :). Nice to even get a "doggie basket" at check in The breakfast was an awesome way to start our day! And the general manager was especially friendly and had a great smile! Super comfy bed and pillows! And, awesome shower (hot and excellent pressure!). Lovely facility, staff, and amenities. Pretty much everything. Thanks. It was adorable! We came in late at night but it felt pretty safe. The check-in post hours wasn’t too complicated and the parking was great! I liked that I could park right in front of my door. I traveled with my sister and my mom. My mom has pretty sensitive skin so she hates staying at hotels and inns because they’re usually never clean enough and causes her to break into rashes. This was not the case here. It was so clean that she had no problems at all! Breakfast was a short walk away, continental style. Boiled eggs, these chocolate chip cake things, yogurt, coffee, decaf, orange juice (I think), oatmeal, and cereal were on the spread. They had this cute patio/deck eating area attached to the lobby/breakfast area. The staff was super nice! My sister forgot something after we checked out and they caught that pretty much as soon as we left. Cleaning service was prompt and they called to make sure we got her items! Lovely! Wine on demand and incredible service. Rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Near a sweet little town with delicious restaurants. Big room, good location, the bed are comfortable, the staff are friendly and super clean room. Good location and very pleasant setting. The value, location, cleanliness, garden areas to sit, proximity to downtown. Breakfast was great, though it was cold continental. It had sufficient items to start your day (cake loaf, hard boiled egg, fruit, yogurt, granola, cereal, and coffee). Quaint y with trees, shade and places to sit and relax. Nice breakfast with patio. Walking distance to downtown and Britt Festival. Grounds well maintained, great location, liked the continental breakfast. Cute room, comfy bed if a bit hard mattresses but lots of pillows which was great. Clean and comfortable. We loved the outdoor seating options. The proximity to the events we were attending. Welcoming and accommodating staff, high cleanliness standards, and an overall comfortable room. The pillows were a little too firm, but we did not ask for different ones, so maybe they would have had softer ones available. Thank you so much for a very comfortable stay. It rained hard each day, but Jacksonville was still charming and the accommodations were outstanding. Our second stay. Room was spacious and comfortable. Very convenient to Medford airport and also close to downtown Jacksonville. Parking was right in front of the room. The rooms were lovely and well cared for. It was in such a great location for shopping. location and they had good coffee shops. Very friendly and clean. Good location. Charming place, super clean, most comfortable bed I have slept in in a long time.

I could hear everything my neighbors were saying and doing. Breakfast choices were poor. Could hear conversations from next door room. The property is just slightly worn around the edges. Breakfast was very basic. Hot breakfast like maybe omelettes etc. The highway was noisy. No microwave in the room. Upon check out they indicated that they could have brought up a microwave if requested. The breakfast was poor at best more like unhealthy snack food. Pillows were much too small and flimsy. The ceiling fan was very outdated and made significant noise when on. Shower was so complicated to figure out how to work. I thought it was broken. The inside felt a bit dated. Breakfast was nothing remarkable. Lack of bread goods...perhaps include choices of bagels, croissants, and perhaps toast. The walls are paper thin. Heard neighbors all night and early morning. Think old hotel The bedding was damp or »clammy » not sure if humid room (not humid outside) or plastic mattress cover. Gross blanket. Everything was fine. Breakfast choices could be more diverse. Breakfast quite disappointing. No bread and only very sugary things to choose from (muffins in plastic wraps, super sweet yogurt, sugary cereals). Linens only changed every 4 days (we were there 5 nights and our linens were never changed). Also asked for a microwave and it seemed like a big deal for them to bring us one (even though when booking it says microwaves available upon request). Washing machine above my room going all night, breakfast was just breads and cereal. It was not really walking distance for us to the downtown center. The management - cold, austere, inflexible regarding a request. My daughter broke her foot. We were on the second floor. Zero compassion, zero effort to look into the possibility of a first floor room. We were in town for my father’s funeral. Three other families were at her business for the same reason. She was an iceberg. Hospitality business? Her warmth is better suited for work with repeat drunk driving offenders. No issues. I couldn't stay longer. our only complaint was that the internet was not very good. can’t think of a thing. The T.V was not in the actual bedroom which we found odd. chairs you sat in were not comfortable no jetted tub which you Booking.com showed on your website and showed how comfy it was. they were not knowledgeable on their packages. No issues.
