Pros (+) Large living space, and kitchen. Nice free breakfast
Cons (-) Zero room service. We were there two nights...room service never came to empty the trash, or replace used items. Bathroom was equipped with a 1/2 used toilet paper roll. Had to go down and get my own towel replacement (and another roll of toilet paper ;-/
Pros (+) Staff person who took me across bridge into town was very helpful and friendly. Did so twice for no charge. Location great, nice restaurants & waterfront easy walk. Suite was clean & comfortable, but is an older, slightly worn place. Good value tho.
Cons (-) Road construction around Louisville is a nightmare! Not the suites' fault. Biggest complaint is the breakfast area or lack thereof. Need to have an area where guests can sit down for breakfast.
