Cons (-) room smelled like smoke, flimsy sheets were frayed on the edges, walls in bathroom were dirty, bathroom floor majorly cruddy between tub and countertop. Check in person covered in tattoos and didn't describe location of room correctly or offer a map. Cons (-) The staff ranged from stupid to surly. There was no one at reception and then a fight started when a guest complained that the bar wasn't opened at 4 like it was supposed to be. The room was ok but needed an upgrade The wall art looked like it was bought in a second hand store and the grounds definitely needed tending On top of this there was no breakfast and no coffee in the lobby. Pros (+) It was a great room on the beach with a nice fire pit and multiple bars. Really enjoyed the whole thing.
Cons (-) When we arrived their was a vomit stain on the concrete outside our room. Not terribly close but not good. Also people did not pick up after there dogs. Saw a few "gifts" on the ground near our room.
