Liked the price based on other hotels in the Hoboken, Jersey City area Minimal free breakfast, it was simple and not much room but it was free. Located close to Hoboken.
Located on a busy local truck road, so there was noise all night long, ask for a room in the back of the building. Need a car to access this hotel, didn't see any public transportation but I am sure there was some around.
Convenient and fairly good service.
Easy access to NYC safer neighborhood then it appears to be in pic
Staff rude coffee maker didn't work
The location was quite poor, 5 min from bus-station and 15 min walk to train-station. 30-50 min to Manhattan by bus and 10 min by train/subway. Not very clean, poor breakfast- just donuts, muffins, coffe, juice and cornflakes. No supermarkets/shops around the hotel.
Location was good
The room had a strange smell when you entered.
big room, helpful management, equipment is convenient.
room is a bit old and dark
Room was comfortable.
They tried a credit card scam. Would not recommend this hotel for any reason. If I could have afforded to leave I would not have stayed the night.
The staff was excellent, friendly and welcoming. I didn't have to make any special requests/have anything corrected, but I think they would have been accommodating. The room was quiet.
For my purposes, a business trip on a budget, the hotel was okay, and as I expected. It is a skosh tired, but it was clean and quiet.
Free internet working fine. The room was apparently clean.
Quite old structure and forniture, some spots on the walls and on the ceiling. We didn't go out because passing by car we noticed there were neither places to eat nor to drink a beer. The neighbourhood was quite bad in our opinion: prostitutes, a big work-in-progress street running just one meter from the motel.
The location we did not like, we landed at JFK and rang the hotel for directions. The guy we talked to spoke to us as though we inconvienced him for ringing and the directions he gave were ridiculous. These were the directions we were given "get on the blue line, get off at port authority get the 51 and get off at Manhattan Ave walk down the hill". If your an international traveller those directions are useless. When we finally found it, it didn't seam like a safe place and we checked out early. Also there are no places in walking distance to get a meal apart from discusting burgers across the road..
I am very happy to recommend this hotel to future travellers, during my stay at this hotel I felt at home. The hotel staff were as helpfull as a human beinig can be. This hotel provides the best services, breakfast is excellent and cleansiness of the hotel is excellent for the price your paying. It was so good that I'm returning there again.
Slightly cleaner than the average motel.
Even if near to Manhattan it has an ugly location and poor structure. But hey, look at his price...
complemenary breakfast is not good.
