Paid top dollar for an ok car without reverse camera and sensors and no LCD screen to connect to phone maps, didn’t think they made newer cars without these these days
pickup took a very long time (there were two people there, one was doing everything and the other did nothing). We needed to give all the information again even though I filled everything in the app the day before. We had a verbal agreement that we will return the car a few hour later - but I still got a mail and a call that we are late - not sure if we were charged extra for the "late" return or not.

They told me that I had to provide official document to prove when I entered the country. I followed their instructions to gain access to e-devlet. When I came back with what they asked for but they said reservation is closed because I didn't pick up my prepaid reservation within 3 hours. They said nothing about 3 hours when they instructed me to get a certain document. They didn't truly cancel the reservation and give my money back.
Nobody at the airport to collect me even though we had provided the flight details. First car was old, broken boot and stank of smoke. Multiple defects to the body work and seats ripped and holes with cigarette burns. Second car was marginally better but damaged and in a poor condition. Manager threatened to cancel my contract with them and was rude/not helpful. Eventually after 2 days we received a much better car but still with bodywork damage. Every car stank of cigarette smoke. Be careful they don’t accept all major credit cards. I will never ever use them again and a warning to fellow travellers to avoid them at all costs. It’s not worth the stress or hassle. They cannot be trusted.
