It was a great value, but there are also issues. It's an old hotel and warm days - the AC didn't work. I was offered a fan, even so my room was easily 10 degrees warmer than the all. The hotel has several bars near by and at 2 am, you know it. Garbage pick up in the alley (right next to my window) was at 6 am, so that's a loud wake up The good - staff was excellent, particularly the bartenders at the restaurant. Food was great including the complimentary breakfast. Location is in the heart of downtown, so a lot to do in walking distance.
