Pros: It was our anniversary and Dee met us on arrival with a welcome sign and a bottle of bubbles. There were beautiful garden views from our excellently equipped comfortable room. Frank & Dee couldn't have done more to make our stay one of the best we have had. We looked forward each afternoon when Frank & Dee would host all guests to fine cheeses and excellent wines. Only one niggle the aircon has only one zone making it difficult to please all. On Saturday night we sat around the fire pit outside chatting and enjoying the other guests and Frank & Dee's company with fine wine and cheese. Overall a fantastic experience worth the money. If you get chance, go, it's great.
Cons: Would have loved to stay longer.
7.5 Good
Pros: How clean the house and facilities were
Cons: Breakfast said it was served between 8 and 10 and was not ready till nearly 9 both days we had things to do so could not wait around and missed out both days. Also never received the cheese platter on the second day due to being at a wedding think it could of been offered earlier. A lot of money for just a bed
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our hosts Dee and Frank made our stay even more delightful... nothing was too much trouble, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect... a hot cooked breakfast, happy hour and cheese platter in the afternoon, never too busy for a chat to recommend places to have dinner or to talk about food and wine! It truly was a home away from home... we will be back for sure!
Cons: Wouldn't change a thing!

The beautiful hosts Lindy and David went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The bed was huge and comfy with plenty of extra blankets and room temperature heated perfectly for the cold overnight temps of Winter in Kangaroo Valley. The breakfast was great and the endless tea, coffee, toast and stories from Lindy made for a lovely getaway. The garden is spectacular too. I could not recommend The Laurels any more.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: The owners were very friendly, the added niceties such as complimentary fridge and hand delivered basket of pastries were a complete and delightful surprise
Cons: Needs a tall broom to quickly whisk a couple of cobwebs hanging from the ceiling which detracted from an impeccable presentation

Pros: Comfortable location hidden in the Kangaroo Valley - clean modest accommodation although looking a little tired and old - nice touch country breakfast basket delivered.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and great value
7.1 Good
Pros: Location is great. Surrounded by nature, you will find this place perfect for relaxed vacation. Wallabies and Wombats are found around the property. We took a short walk late night with torches. It was a great experience. Another plus point is the en-suite for each bedroom. Beds are extra wide and comfortable.
Cons: Kitchen was not well stocked. With the location this remote, it is hard to get basics like salt, pepper or oil. Rooms and furnitures were not really clean. Felt like a 2-3 star accomodation in that aspect. There were dust and cobwebs around the room and furnitures.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Lovely staff. The breakfast with pastries were lovely!
Cons: Nothing!
