Pros (+) Casino staff were excellent but hotel staff were inattentive and not welcoming.
Cons (-) More attention to detail. Hotel offers nothing that makes you feel like you're on vacation. Rooms are stylish but you can hear everything in the hall and in adjoining rooms. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean, but no one replaced the towels, water or made the beds during our three day stay. Shower looked great but the shower head only had two settings: like a garden hose and a mist. Elevato...

Pros (+) Falcon Diner for breakfast was fantastic. Food very good and service exceptional.
Cons (-) Buffet was terrible, food was dried out and looked like its been sitting there for hours. We got our money back and ate elsewhere. The room did not has any towels in bathroom. The shower smelled like urine.
