Because it was a Hilton, I thought it would be a step above the average hotel. Plus it looks grand and beautiful from the lobby and the rooms appeared to be spacious and clean. However looks can be deceiving. The shower had black hairs all over the tub and when we pulled the sheets back on the bed, they were gritty and dirty. But that’s not even the worst part!! We went to what we thought was a free breakfast at 9:30 (the front desk said breakfast ended at 11:00). The food that was left wasn’t enough to feed a bird and was ice cold. Crazy part was the restaurant attendant was walking around wiping tables and such, but not adding anymore food to the pans. Then to add insult to injury, we paid almost $60 for food that shouldn’t have been served at all!! The next night of our travels, we stayed at a Wyndham hotel that’s rated less than Hilton and had much better service and a FREE hot breakfast with far more options to pick from. I’ve been a loyal Hilton member for years, but after this stay, I will definitely be looking elsewhere to stay in the future and tell all my friends.
Pros. Seems clean and the staff ate helpful.
Cons. We stayed on the second floor and there was a strange noise all night. It would only last a couple seconds. Never could determine what it was.
Pros. We originally got a room that was non smoking, but as soon as we walked in, it smelled like smoke. My two young children could smell it as well. I immediately went to the front desk and talked to them about switching our rooms. Without hesitation, they did. They completely understood and emphasized on the situation. The front desk lady was very professional. She is an asset to the Hilton.
Pros. Did get a free dessert.
Cons. The unexpected pet deposit, and unable to leave my pet while I went out to dinner.

Pros. The best were very comfortable and linens were very soft aND perfect after a long day of travel.

Cons. They charged me $25 to check in early as I needed to change clothes for my business meeting. They did not mention that had I waited 20 minutes there would be no charge. 'Company policy', the refuge of cowards.

Cons. Had to call twice for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport. It took about 45 minutes. Being remodeled so the restaurant looked like a temorary set up with a some square bare tables and an electric food server on the counter. The "bar" was a ledge near the lobby with 2 beer taps and not a soul in site. Places to eat were about 5 miles down the highway.
Pros. Location is everything! The price was adequate. The room was clean and quiet.
