Pros: The hosts provided the most delicious breakfast to start off the day. The staff, accommodations and even the cat were top notch. The owners provided personal touches, such as personalized greetings at check in and at breakfast.
Cons: We stayed in the Lorraine Room in the main house. Though we had a private room with private bath, the bath was across the hall. And though the bath was quite large and comfortable, the claw foot tub was challenging to bathe in, especially being tall.

Cons: Breakfast room a bit crowded. Need two Belgian waffle makers to speed things up.
Pros: Easy off the Fwy and near shopping and food. staff friendly and helpful, especially when needed to use the Business office computer. Clean and room larger than had anticipated. Parking was easy and well lite.
Pros: Quiet, very clean, solid location.
Cons: Weak breakfast, high room rate.
Pros: For one night, it was okay. It seemed run down and the bed was lousy. I thought I had heard that it was redone but looked pretty shabby to me.
Cons: The bed and room was shabby.
Pros: Friendly, responsive staff. Great pool facility. Was very glad to see it was handicapped accessible.
Cons: Hair dryer did not work.
Pros: Spacious room, very helpful staff!
Cons: Cursory cleaning Sunday. Not a good job.Carpet had not been vacuumed the whole time I was there.
Pros: This hotel was more than I expected. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were really nice. I kind of expected it to be one of those older but clean kind of hotels but I was happily surprised that everything was really very nice.
Cons: I was happy with everything
Clean Rooms-Clean public spaces
Pros: Super nice employee. Represented your company very well.
It is due for renovation and up graded amenities. Breakfast is a waste of time to even bother.
Pros: Ample parking
Cons: For the price it was not worth it. Too expensive for quality of room and amenities.
Pros: Located was in a 'strip mall' that has eating, grocery & pharmacy, very convient.
While the owners are not the friendliest people, they are helpful and efficient. However it just may be a cultural. Two stars sounds like a dump almost. I had to stay in that area of town so I didn't really care about the star rating. It may be better to just post customer comments than these stars.
Pros: It's proximity to grocery store, stc.
SURPRISINGLY lovely experience at a Super 8, 2 star hotel. The room was very clean. There was a microwave and a fridge which I was not expecting, you almost never see that anymore. The pool and the hot tub looked enticing, but we didn't have time to jump in. The location was right off the highway and convenient to our destination (Asti Winery for a wedding). It's right in a plaza that has anything you could need which was also great. Plenty of parking. Breakfast and common space was so so, but continentals usually are.
Pros: Very clean. Amenities in the room were unexpected and welcomed - a microwave and a fridge. The pool and the hot tub looked nice but I unfortunately didn't get to go in. The location was perfect. Easily off the highway and good things around in the plaza.
Cons: Staff could have been friendlier.

Cons: They need more towels in the rooms and towels out by the pool and hot tub. The breakfast could also be better
Pros: Very convenient location.
Cons: The breakfast room was very warm. The windows should have been opened. But the selection of food for breakfast was very nice. I am not sure why everyone was put in the same section of the hotel. This made it difficult for to park outside of our hotel roo
Cons: They had paper towels folded for napkins with the coffee pot and as padding in the soap/shampoo basket, the jets in the spa were not working, but it was heated, and the continental breakfast was a mess and no scrambled eggs or sausage or bacon.

Pros: We had the pleasure of staying here this weekend and I can confirm that all the previous reviews are exactly on point. This place is excellent!! We arrived to Paul greeting us with a cheese plate and wine then Paul served us a delicious breakfast the next morning. The entire place is absolutely charming...there is literally no detail overlooked. We stayed in one of the back cottages and it was adorable, clean and super comfortable. Even the mattress and pillows were top-notch. Soaking tub in the cottage complete with bath salts was also a nice treat. Our friends stayed in the main house and their room was equally impressive. I would highly recommend to others and would like to return. Very close proximity to many great wineries and activities around Healdsburg.

Pros: It is a great location, and you can just walk to some eateries or the waterfront park across the street.
Cons: It wasn't the cleanest. Nonsmoking room smelled a bit like smoking, there is a 1 inch gap beneath the door that could let bugs in, and getting the tv to show anything but static was a chore. But at least it had a roof a bed and a shower.
Welcome to the newly remodeled Lakeview Inn A quaint and beautifully decorated Inn with full amenities for the comfort of our guests. Group rates Available.
Cons: This hotel is in need of a major renovation. First BW I have stayed at that breakfast is not included. The price for this hotel over inflated for what you get.
Pros: Convenient location and nice restaurant staff.
Cons: Way too expensive for what you get (room and restaurant). No early check-in. Front desk staff very slow, and not very knowledgeable, helpful or friendly. Uncomfortable bed. Lounge closes at 9:00 PM on a Saturday night.
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: Breakfast was mediocre for the price.

Pros: The rooms were cute and had a kitchenette. The backyard was gorgeous. I wish I had gone swimming off the dock. Super lovely.
Cons: It was great!
Pros: For what it's worth, this place does have an awesome view of the lake; I got really great pictures. And if you don't mind staying at your grandma's and don't plan on staying in the room for very long then this place is pretty good for the price. But if you're here and you don't have a boat to get away then maybe pitch in a little more for a better place.
Cons: It kind of reminded me of staying at my grandma's as far as the decor and cleanliness were concerned. It was obvious that it was recently cleaned but it looked like one of my brothers cleaned it in the sense that there were still quite a bit of cobwebs on the ceiling and walls. The bathtub was clogged with other people's hair and the toilet constantly ran all night and day. The A/C unit was also a bit tricky. They advise you to turn off the A/C when you leave for more than hour to conserve power which I completely understand and completely willing to comply. But when I went to turn the A/C unit back on, the power button wouldn't work. I couldn't even turn it on with the remote. I finally got it on after 15 minutes of pressing the button and now understand why the power button appears to be smashed in.
Would I stay here again? Probably not. There doesn't appear to be too many choices out in Lakeport. You either pay an arm or a leg for an awesome room with a lake view or you pay little to nothing to get just that. But after staying here I think I'll put down an extra bit of money for a better place.
Pros: Would stay there again
Cons: Need to trim bushes . Found it hard to exit .

Cons: the heater was pretty loud... slept in the cold as the heater was keeping me from sleep
Pros: Our room was very big and had breathtaking views of the lake and mount konocti. We could've casted a line from our window! We had two dogs with us who were very cozy also. The mini kitchen was convenient and this was a great deal for the price. Definitely coming back to this place in the future!

Cons: Sad with a broken car, wallet and heart :-(
Ok!!!!! My older sister and I just graduated from high school and we are on our senior summer road trip down to California from Washington. We PLANNED to stay at this nice looking hotel in Clearlake on our way back up the coast; however, on our way there, our car broke down and so we had no way of getting to the hotel! While our car was getting fixed (it's still not fixed) we tried to reason with the manager and see if he would refund our money or reschedule our night in the hotel because we don't have a lot of money for our low budget road trip, but he just wasn't willing to work with us. Now we are out one car, $90, and our happiness. We hope everyone else's experience was better than ours.

Cons: Paid for king, got queen. Room had no closet, decor, drapes, hooks, towel rack, toilet paper holder, telephone, security lock, bureau, nightstand nor lamp. Had outdoor plastic chair for chair inside. Threadbare towels and scratchy sheets.
Pros: I liked the idea of the hotel, the concept of its location and amenities prior to actually seeing the property.
Cons: Yes. You name it. Gross! The patio near the pool was falling off into the lake. The lake front next to the property was a swamp. You couldn't see the bottom of the pool it was so unkept. There were water fleas in it. The room sheets were dirty. YUCK!
Pros: Did not.
Cons: Hotel was booked at arrival. They put us in their newly renovated cottage, nextdoor. The Mallard House. Not suitable. Smelled of paint toilet not bolted to floor. No weather stripping on door. No chairs. Checkout & moved to motel nextdoor the Regency Inn
Cons: No pool, hot tub - as advertised. Our kids had their swimsuits and said where's the pool? The staff said pool's closed, nobody swims in the lake. Sent us to a pool that was not open. We walked all day in the heat to get there. Ended up swimming in lake.
Pros: Hotel Employee went above and beyond. Their kindness and concern for over family member will never be forgotten . We would definitely use this hotel.again.
Pros: Convenient. Beautiful view of lake.
Cons: No cold water in kitchen...it was turned off! 'Pet friendly', but nowhere to walk our service dog. Green areas say, 'No pets!' Also no access to lake...it's fenced off. Essentially a parking lot with rooms. Won't come back.
Pros: beyond excellent accommodation and location on the lake, staff was super friendly even open to highly amicable settling of dispute re duplicate reservations. all satisfied.
Cons: fabulous aromas of family cuisine from india, unavailable to public at any price: they must invest in an on site cafe, the aromas will do the marketing for them for free!
Pros: Everything was in working order including free internet... Didn't have any problems with room or staff.
Cons: Leak in the ceiling. No hot water. Nowhere to hang clothes. Frigerator so loud hard to sleep.
It's a nice hotel
