Guests consistently praised the hotel for its exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, as well as its central location, which made exploring the city convenient. The breakfast was frequently described as delicious, varied, and satisfying. Many guests also appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and overall property. However, several reviews noted the absence of an elevator as a drawback, especially for those with mobility concerns or heavy luggage.
