Pros (+) All staff was amazing. The lobby and pool areas are nice and fairly well kept.
Cons (-) This property needs maintenance. So many things need repair. Elevators, facade, chairs, bedding, wood in rooms were all things noticed that needed repairs. For a 5 star property it's being maintained at a 2 star level.

Pros (+) Beach and pools are great. Staff on the beach that set us up in our cabana was great, the only positive staff experience we had.
Cons (-) Front desk couldn't find our third party reservation so gave us an ultimatum of leave and try to get our money back or stay in a handicap room at current rate. Cons (-) We visited the pool nearly every afternoon for the entire week and not once was the pool cleared of leaves, grass, garbage.
