Pros (+) Loved the pool area and roof top deck. It was on a cute neighborhood and not to far from Duval St. My 5 year old loved the waterfall and was able to make the walk to Duval and back without complaining.
Cons (-) It was a little dirty and well used. The dishes and coffee were old and dusty. The stove wouldn't work at first and the shower was cold. The maintenance guy came right away though and fixed all of it.
Pros (+) Rooms were nice with small kitchen and refrigerator and some cookware furnished.
Cons (-) Ceiling fan did not work due to broken blade There was no bike rack near the building and folks in the office in the same building 818 White didn't want us to lock the bikes to the stair rails leading up to our room so we had to use the rack near the fitness building next door We were not furnished new towels for two days during our four day stay
