When you stay at Plumeria Maldives in Thinadhoo, you'll be on the beach and 4 minutes by foot from Felidhoo Harbor. This guesthouse has facilities measuring 600 square feet (56 square meters), including conference space. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge at scheduled times.
Pros: Amazing buffet great variety, great room, awesome facilities, bikini beach is out of this world, lovely island to explore on an easy to get to route from Male. Hotel Manager and staff very helpful and welcoming.
Pros: Nothing really
Cons: Too much of importance to European guests and didn’t care much of others activities were cancelled to give them preference. Have to ask them multiple times for one thing. Not really recommended for this price.
Pros: The Beach
Cons: The Distance from Male to Plumeria
Pros: All the plumerias hotel staff are excellent, superb and friendly. We have great fun there. Many thanks to all of the staff indeed.
Pros: Excellent staff, great foods, everything is superb there.
Pros: Very helpful and kind staff - especially those who arranged my speedboat transfer from Male to the island and the guys from restaurant. The food was really good . I can recommend full board. But be prepared - after you eat all of the food, you can't move :-) And breakfest/lunch/dinner served on the beach, where you can see sharks, stingrays etc. was really amazing. Hotel is located on a calm island named Thinadhoo with beatiful Bikini white sand beach surrounded with crystal clear water. More than 2/3 of the island square area is covered with jungle. There are very well maintained paths to the beach equipped with sunbeds and shelters.
Pros: Beautifully designed with very helpful members of staff
Cons: We only had B&B and would’ve liked to be able to eat dinner still feeling like part of the hotel. At one point we were asked to move to a different table as that was for the full board guests and were moved onto a table without a table cloth and it felt we’d been downgraded to a cafe style table. I am vegetarian so wasn’t any point going for the buffet as the majority was meat. There were also building works going on which obscured our sea view. Other than that it was lovely
Pros: It was my first time in Maldives and I had a great time at Plumeria! The staff were really attentive - always smiling and ready to render help. The island itself is a gem, with many nurse sharks and sting rays hanging around the shore. I got full board with my hotel and enjoyed the meals - menu changed daily during my 4 days stay. I did a diving trip and had a blast - especially the evening dive with the sharks! Tried the spa as well and it was really relaxing (quite pricey though, although there is a 10% discount for hotel guests).
Cons: My only gripe was that the shower water temperature was inconsistent, making it difficult to take a bath in the tub. Also, the television did not work during my stay but I did not spend much time in my room so it did not really affect me anyway. Lastly, being a tropical country there's many mosquitoes around (not the fault of the hotel). The hotel staff do fog the place regularly though!
Pros: Everything. The room, the food, the people. The Sea View restaurant has amazing atmosphere. Especially for the chef Johnny, who was so attentive and even packed us lunch for our long boat trip back to Male. Also, the bikini beach is marvelous with a lot of beautiful fish swimming around.
Cons: This internet is just the worst, if you need internet for anything important get a 4G simcard before coming. The internet login system is not smart, need new codes to each device and its not easy to get those.
With a stay at Vaali Beach Lodge Maldives in Felidhoo, you'll be on the beach and minutes from Felidhoo Harbor, and close to Aarah Island. Featured amenities include express check-in, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. A roundtrip airport shuttle is available for a surcharge.
Pros: We had an amazing time in Vaali Beach
Pros: Vaali Beach Lodge is located on Felidhoo island around 60 km from Male. Home away from home...! Owners - Mr Matt and Mr. Shukoor (father and son duo) and staff made us feel it. Just walk out of room and you are on beautiful beach. They provided kayak which we enjoyed almost one full day. Enough benches and a hut on beach was available. Very well maintained property, decent food, modest-helpful-caring staff. For every request they were prompt - right from arranging charter boats, logistics communication to specific needs of food, excursion arrangements / guidance etc etc. Especially, Mr. Shukoor (Owner uncle) made us feel like our own home through his modest and caring gestures, throughout. All in all, highly recommended property.
Pros: Incredible place to stay ! Owners of the guesthouse are very attentive, ready to help, frienly, intelligent and nice.We fell in love with this place and felt like at home.Highly recommend Vaali beach lodge
Pros: Gret rooms, great food, great people. Bikini beach is just in afront of the hotel, coral reefs are 2 mins away from the beach. The island is compact and cozy, all people are very friendly
Cons: Internet quality is bad, but what to expect on the island 70 km away from the capital and 1000 km away from the nearest land? :))
Pros: Lovely, well maintained little place located 20 m from the beautiful bikini beach. The rooms in the back row are great. Big and nice rooms, simple decorated, with a fantastic outdoor bathroom. Comfortable bed, and the cleanliness is great. Restaurant area is cozy. The staff are very welcoming, friendly, smiling and very helpful. Full board is recommended as there are very few other options on the island. Nice food from a small buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Really good value for the money. Felidhoo is a beautiful and peaceful island with just 4 guesthouses and just 2 more are under construction. Love to come back.
Cons: Would have been nice with a small fridge in the room:)
Pros: Amazing hospitality, staff really friendly and made us feel at home. The set-up of location is really special, walking distance to beach. Plus the dinner's is a must, real Maldive style cuisine which was delicious!! Definitely recommend to others, personal touch with a something special!
Cons: Great homelike athmosphere, very friendly stuff, fantastic snorkeling just afront the property.
Pros: Excellent hospitality , lovely beach. Thank you
Cons: Had to leave!
Pros: Staff really take care about their guest. They have few rules and if you obey them, you will fell like at home. They help you with transfer to and off the island. The lodge has got only few rooms, they are simple, nice and clean. Food is very good and fresh. The beach is only few steps away, you get a towel and a bed on the beach. There is also enough shadow for all the guests on the beach. You can get the equipment for snorkling at the lodge for free. There can be excursions every day if the weather isn't too bad. Wifi can be sometimes slow. Remember that you are in the middle of the ocean on a small island, but with very friendly people on it.
Cons: If you want to pay the room with the credit card, you need to be patient or you should pay with cash.
With a stay at Masfalhi View Inn in Felidhoo, you'll be minutes from Felidhoo Harbor and close to Keyodhoo Harbor. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, and laundry facilities. A ferry terminal shuttle is available for a surcharge.
Pros: Masfalhi View Inn is fab. It is on Felidhoo island. The property owner Mr. Rauf is very kind and friendly. He serves food with best quality rice and fresh fish. The food is very tasty. He serves fresh fruits and fruit juice time to time. Location is excellent. The best part is Bikini Beach with crystal clear water. I would also suggest people to go for Snoorkeling at Ship Reck. Altogether my experience was very nice. I would love to visit there again.
Pros: Our stay in Masfalhi View Inn was so nice. The location is great, only a minute from a nice bikini beach with coral reef. The food was great. Each meal was so delicious and served beautifully. Lots of fresh fruits and juices every day. Mr. Rauf and his wife are great cooks. Really good food and service. Everyone is working so hard to make guests feel good and welcome. I can highly recommend this accommodation.
Pros: The food was simply amazing! We had fresh fish caught from the sea every day, plus fresh fruit and vegetables. We even got aloe vera juice, variety of salads and coffee all included in the price - full board magnifique we never experienced such good food and great cooking like this before! Rauf was a great host, very friendly, organised tours / boats etc without fuss, very talkative and personable told us about history of Maldives, took me to watch the Cricket World Cup Final at a local coffee shop, very friendly and made us feel very comfortable there like part of the community. The bikini beach on Felidhoo is 2 mins away and one of the best we experienced plus excellent snorkelling on the reef I saw a turtle and many varieties of fish :)
Cons: Everything was great wew really enjoyed our stay!
Pros: Near beach, nice food, clean
Pros: Amazing place and the family was so helpful and nice. Fantastic food I was sick and the owner help me a lot. Thank you very much for all
Pros: Characteristic maldivian island. You can experience their traditions, relax, and enjoy the extraordinary maldivian sea. Thanks to Rauf for preparing delicious food and for telling many stories. Thanks to Saamil for staying with us everytime. Thanks to Jawaz for the excursions and the videos.
Pros: We absolutely loved our stay at the Masfalhi View Inn. First of all, the staff and family there are so kind, helpfull, friendly and speak perfect english. Very warm people who gave a great service and we appreciated our conversations with Rauf and Nahid who told us a lot about the island and the country. The food was some of the best we have ever had. A nice solid breakfast with bread, egg, fruits, juice, coffee and tea, and always a very delicious lunch and dinner, always more than enough and always with great variety. Especially the fresh fish was very delicate, and it always came with 3-4 sidedishes. The room was very nice and clean. The island is very beautiful and calm, and the people are friendly. It was nice to see some of the culture, as we joined at some local events. We went on fantastic trips arranged by the hotel: snorkeling by a shipreck, dolphin cruise, night fishing, sandbank picnic where we also saw baby sharks and also went snorkeling. All of the arranged trips we tried were awesome, but the very best part of our whole stay were the daily snorkeling trips at the house reef with Nahid. He always told us about the current, the tie and more before we went out (so we always felt safe with him). Our biggest holiday goal was to see a turtle, and Nahid made it his job to make sure that we found one (we saw 2 in the house reef with him). The house reef is available just from the beach so it is very convienient to see the wonderful under water world and all its fishes. So if you want great value for your money, a relaxing holiday with really good food and bounty vibes in beautiful soroundings, perfect opportunitie to see the under water world and at the same time experience some of the culture of the Maldives - this is the perfect place.
Pros: Rauff the owner was extremely helpful and friendly. He is an excellent cook, providing an excellent breakfast and a superb evening meal. There is a fabulous beach less than two minutes stroll from the house ( three in total on the beach) I can recommend staying here for a fine holiday-- brilliant- Robert
Cons: having to leave
