Pros. The rooms were nice and comfortable - nothing special, but nice enough. The staff was very courteous and friendly every time I walked by, and they helped get me checked in several hours before the official arrival time. The location was great, right in the middle of downtown Kirkland, close to restaurants and my office.
Cons. My only (minor) complaints are that the gym seemed a little warm, and the mattress had a very low spot on one side that actively rolled me down into it when I tried to sleep on my side. I didn't actually go this time, but my past experience with the restaurant is that it's very expensive. As a result, I just eat out at other local establishments.
Pros. I like that down pillows were available. Nice compact hair dryer.

Pros. In downtown Kirkland so fantastic walk score, friendly staff allowed early check-in. We wanted to go to the Woodinville wineries and the Heathman driver took us out and picked us up later in the day. Overall fantastic service!

Cons. Trellis Restaurant needs to improve. For the money they serve quantity vs quality. We only ate breakfast. Coffee was good. Staff was friendly but service was mediocre.
