Amazingly friendly, caring and service minded staff.
The staff was very helpful and it was close to restaurants and shops (not within walking distance to a liquor store) The only request I would have next time would to have a room that is not facing main street.
In downtown Kirkland so fantastic walk score, friendly staff allowed early check-in. We wanted to go to the Woodinville wineries and the Heathman driver took us out and picked us up later in the day. Overall fantastic service!
Great location, friendly staff, clean. Could use some minor updating such as workout equipment. Trellis Restaurant needs to improve. For the money they serve quantity vs quality. We only ate breakfast. Coffee was good. Staff was friendly but service was mediocre.
Fitness room was great Na
Bed somewhat hard, pillows too big(for me), heater quite noisy. Otherwise all nice and beautiful, and clean, pleasant staff. A feel good place. Good value
I loved the look of the place Car broken into, no cameras, hotel didn't offer any compensation. Will not recommend.
The location. Cleaning staff... 1st day, didn't clean until 5pm 2nd day, did not empty the trash 3rd day, left dirty linen on the floor.
Very clean in a nice and quaint neighbourhood. Lots of amenities nearby so everything is easily accessible. We got back late at night and we were going to ask the front desk staff a couple of recommendations for places to visit near the area but she was having some emotional moment. I didn't have a problem with that but it was a bit awkward so we didn't bother asking. Our room was right by a road and I'm a very light sleeper so any noise from cars, trucks, or motorcycle would wake me up and it kept me up most of the night.
Impeccably clean, modern, comfortable, great restaurant, Starbucks coffee
Good staff The bed was as hard as a rock, not what you would expect for a higher end hotel.
Staff was awesome! Malls all around
The staff was very friendly. The room was kept clean and the bed was super comfortable. The location was great too! Connected to Lincoln Square for business. Connected to Lucky Strike and the movies by sky bridge as well. Smack dab in the middle of the mall area. 2 blocks away from an LA fitness but also had its own fitness center if you didn't have an LA Fitness membership. Only down side was not being close (walking distance) to any grocery stores where you can buy bottles of water and other essentials. The hotel provided all that you needed if you asked for it, it was just much pricier. Other than that, enjoyed our stay very much!
The customer service on the way out was excellent. Christen was the best, her attitude was great and it felt genuine like she really cared if we enjoyed our stay. I did not like the overall cleanliness and would hope in the future attention to detail will be looked into by someone in charge.
Nice clean modern hotel.
Great location Poor lighting in bathroom Staff unhelpful in resolving various room and facility related issues. In particular, after twice complaining about excessively noisy hotel guest, front desk agent said "Ooh, I hate when that happens."
Clean room, prompt room service
Great location with a great view!!! Beautiful room with a large tv! A little pricey!
Clean the man washrooms more often
The front desk manager made it clear that she/her hotel would do nothing to assist with a cancellation, but made it very clear that if I had done business with them directly that she would have helped me out and done more to assist me with my situation. By using Kayak or another third party vendor, a vendor that they contract with I add, the service you receive is sub par though thy gladly take your money. The front desk manager was extreamly rude and I would not recommend staying at this hotel. They do not offer the same level of service if you book through third party contracted provider than if you booked directly through them.
Clean rooms, bar, and all of the staff. Also, hotel sits on a major freeway interchange but never heard a thing. Good construction for sure!! Parking sucked. 90 percent of spots were made for compact. At least 10 spots were coned off for employees. Big trucks with trailers parking sideways making this place a complete parking nightmare. If you want your $50,000 car banged up stay here. Not good.
This hotel is a gem. We used to stay at the Silver Cloud in downtown Bellevue but find this one to be more luxurious. The drive to downtown Bellevue takes only a few minutes. We will continue to use the Silver Cloud Eastgate on our overnight trips from our home in the San Juan Islands.
We were surprised at how the room was divided into a living room and sleeping area. The hotel was quiet and conveniently located off the highway. It was also nice that there was a covered gated garage with an elevator that went straight to your floor.
Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, great restaurant, can be for adults only or family-friendly. Can't complain at all Nothing
Room was exceptionally clean and the cleanliness and decor of the hotel was very good. Liked being able to open the window for fresh air. Staff was friendly and helpful. Many Silver Clouds have the complimentary breakfast so we missed not having that option.
This is a well located upscale hotel with comfortable and nicely furnished rooms, an incredible staff, located within a stone's throw of virtually anything in Seattle. I had to leave after four nights. Housekeeping staff removed an unread newspaper from the room that had not been placed in a location for recycling or disposal.
Not much. The location was okay and the price was fair. Parking was easy. Overworked and inconsiderate staff.
Real pleasant surprise at the accommodations. Restaurant was very good.
It was rated 4 star and was not close to a 4 star quality hotel.
Cleanliness, accommodating staff, and easy access to the city of Seattle.
This is my second stay here. I like it here since it is nearby at the heart of Downtown Bellevue. Very convenient especially on the weekends if you are simply wanting to sight see and/or access downtown bellevue in less than 5 minutes. Also, it has an easy access to the I-405 freeway so if you are not in to Downtown Bellevue and want to head somewhere else, this hotel is good. It also surprisingly quiet at night which is really nice! The room is clean and looks modern. Guest service is also very attentive. Plentiful of parking space as well! Well, it's not super sound proof when people are walking the hallways and talking really loud at 3am in the morning, but of course that's to be expected. Other than that, I don't really have anything I disliked about this hotel.
There aren't many "values" left in DT Bellevue, this is one of them. Quiet rooms with free parking. Easy access to 405. Retro (not in a hipster way) property is quite old and in need of updating. This may/may not happen as they are rumored to be closing in the not too distant future.
Price, location...minutes from Bellevue square and freeway entrance easy access Comfortable king bed Direct TV, fridge, coffee maker and microwave in room Good wifi We got an end room with ice maker literally outside the door, plus the door didn't have a good seal so it was noisy Breakfast is not included, costs $10.95 a person Hotel feels a little dated
Room easy access to parking Front desk mess up my room from two beds to one, have to wait for a long time to adjust it. Bit loud
Staff, location, value. Rooms need a touch of modern / refresh
Please stop milking the cow and offer new hotel. Noise, smell 70 years old.
- Comfortable bed - overall the room was clean - rude and unprofessional front desk (the guy with eyebrow piercing) - dreadful green color scheme in the rooms - old and dirty looking carpet - found hair in the bathroom sink.
The pool and hot tub close way too early
Please write at least 15 words Staff were particularly helpful in directions both to Basil's Bar and downtown Seattle and offered free coffee when we had to evacuate due to a fire alarm. Two robes would have been helpful over one - see fire alarm above.
Hotel itself was cool, and big room had ripped carpet bar was cool but everything was bad tasting, bad drinks, really bad food
The hotel and staff are great for travelers seeking the extra comforts of life.My room was very spacious definitely felt like a king. No complaints
Rooms were exceptional, well thought out, and everything was clean, and worked. I dont prefer valet to self park, generally.
Very clean! Staff was super friendly & helpful!
Our trip was last minute so we chose this hotel because the price was great and the reviews were better; we were very impressed! Very clean, great food at the bar, staff was wonderful, amenities were ample. Overall, EXCELLENT value. I will stay again even if the price goes up substantially. The location means you either have to use the valet (which was great and fast) or park on the street, my truck was too big to go on the street so valet was our only option, I like more options. Bellevue is great, but if you need to be in Seattle, it's just a little further than is real convenient.
It's what you would expect of a Westin in a city. Clean, accommodating staff, decent breakfast and space to meet informally. It was an expensive night at $300+.
Not much. Not worth the money. The elevator was broken and we wasted 2 hours of our vacation just waiting for elevators. It took us over an hour to find parking.
Store proximity to local shopping and dining.
Great location, excellent rooms No parking on the weekends, staff internally overcharged in the cafeteria, had to remind front desk of billing corrections. Not a good experience
Cozy , nice bed and nice staff They did not have a fridge and our food was ruined
It had an awesome outdoor hot tub and nearby sauna. It was really pleasant to be outside in the rain and in the hot water, tucked away in a private little courtyard. I was surprised to see so much alcohol readily available in the room. It didn't bother me, but I wonder whether those with alcohol issues would do well being in a room with bottles of gin, vodka, and wine so available.
I liked the theme and the atmosphere of the hotel. It is in a quite countryside like area, yet close from business and shopping facilities.
Very comfortable for a family or as a couples romantic getaway. We've experienced both. Loved both trips! Extremely friendly staff! Looking forward to our next escape! : )
The staff was very accommodating. When the fireplace did not operate, a staff person did his best to remedy the situation, and when it still did not operate, we were offered a different room. We chose to stay in the room we were already in. a few minutes later, under our door appeared a note authorizing a free breakfast for both of us. The breakfast was delicious. I don't like the stark ambiance of the room. I prefer cozy. a working fireplace might have improved "cozy," but husband and I are just not into sleek and modern. We also do not the emphasis on alcohol (all manner of elegant bottles in the room); we don't drink alcohol.
The friendly and helpful approach to guests when it became apparent that nothing was regarded as insignificant
The spa services and programs
Felt absolutely taken care of and pampered. It's also walking distance to a couple of lovely wineries with tastings. Nothing.
The bed and linens were great. Atmosphere was relaxed. Proximity to the winery & Red Hook Brewery. My husband did not like the shower head placement -- no big deal to me!
Everything about this hotel is amazing! From the complimentary wine while checking in, to the pet friendly amenities- I was impressed with it all! Me and my husband live 20 minutes away but feel like we are vacation every time we stay here.
The staff here is incredibly friendly, even for an expensive hotel. They go above and beyond what one would normally expect. Very dog friendly too, a huge plus for us. When we checked in they delivered a dog bed and bowls to our room, very cool! Construction at 8am on a Sunday? Surely that couldn't wait for midday during the week...really frustrating given how much you pay for this experience. Only complaint I've got though, this place is amazing.
Very comfortable and stylish rooms with excellent facilities and a wonderful rustic reception/ bar area.
Beautiful, comfortable, romantic rooms and location. Staff was excellent as was the food. Need more bath towels in room, please.
Well kept, clean room, alert front desk staff, Good value for the money. Location in proximity to Redmond was okay time and traffic-wise.
whirlpool and proximity to interstate and restaurants
Clean, friendly, accommodating staff.
Quiet rooms, good location to highway, Kirkland and Redmond.
Food was good for breakfast. We had been on the road for over a week, so were very thankful for the laundry. They had an overflow room for breakfast, which was good, because a couple of mornings, it was really packed. The breakfast staff was very helpful, cheerful and kept the food stocked. Would be nice if the laundry room were a little bigger with seating. The night clerk seemed a bit off, in that he didn't seem sure if they had luggage carts, or where they might be. We found a couple.
The place was very close to the company I visited, with a reasonable price, which made it ideal. I will probably visit it again next time I will go to Seattle.
The hotel is badly in need of care. The entire property is dingy and dirty. They don't vacuum the carpets, and they need shampooing. The parking lot is un-kept, like the whole place. The location is good, but the overall experience was unsatisfactory.
I like the room and the room service everything was really good. And would come back for a another stay The only for things that I didn't like was that it took a few mins to check in and the same checking out. Like it took a while for there computer to check us in and to.check us out
They have an amazing free breakfast The rooms fridge puts out a high pitched squeal that was so iritating I had to move it to the bathroom and close the door so I wouldn't hear it. That brought my comfort rating down. I wish there was a microwave in my room but there was one to use by the restaurant
I didn't hang around very long since I was working the whole time and only used my room to sleep in, but it served its purpose just fine. I enjoyed it very much~ Breakfast was nice, and my room was kept tidy. Really I don't have anything negative to say at all :)
location, breakfast Age of room. minor cleanliness problems. My daughter found pretzels under the bed. This is not a huge issue because I know how hard it is to clean room especially after a family with children has stayed in it. Non the less it left me perplexed.
Rooms were very clean, staff was very friendly
Coast was in a convenient location just off the I5 and a very short distance from Bellevue Square area. They also offered a shuttle service and parking was included. The rooms were clean but it was clear that the hotel was older and has had cosmetic renovations. No real complaints.
The staff was very friendly and helpful and prioritize security. Even though the room was minimal and a little outdated housekeeping was on point. The price seemed reasonable for such an expensive part of town. The location is perfect for any Overlake Hospital related business. The facilities were so-so. The furniture although clean was worn. No movie player or channels were available the fridge was a portable shoved under the sink and no microwave.
Bed and pillows were comfortable Our shower didn't drain well, you were standing in 2 inches of water by the time you were done showering, also the a/c heater unit was gross we turned it on and blew dust out, we pulled the filters and looked like they have never been cleaned... Seemed to be a business only type of hotel, and didn't seem like it should be priced this high for what it was
The lobby is great. Staff is great. Included breakfast is great. Free shuttle is great. The rooms are old. The bed/pillow is not very comfortable. I've been told that all the rooms are being renovated.
close to download bellevue for the same class hotel need alot to improve
the hotel was excellent. Gym and pool were well equipped and the gym was 24 hour. Breakfast and internet access complimentary. Location was convenient to Seattle without being too far and too close. Would definitely recommend
The room and the breakfast..... There was a lot of kids in the pool
The property has been developed and maintained very well. The room are spacious and comfortable, cozy. Location, price. Amenities could have been little better
Evening drinks and snacks! Shuttle to downtown Bellevue!! Ongoing construction made it difficult to navigate but is understandable.
Great breakfast, easy/free parking, quiet, clean Renovations currently underway, but wasn't noisy or inhibiting at all. Pool wasn't open because of renovations but I didn't know that prior to staying.
Embassy Suites Seattle-Bellevue was a great place to stay as I attended a 3 day conference. The staff was courteous and prompt. The continental breakfast and afternoon snacks were a special treat. My room was beautiful and functional. Overall, a very nice stay.
The motel is very noisy. Not only one can clearly hear the surrounding freeways, but also, due to poor insulation between rooms, tv and conversations from neighbors, not to mention heels on the upper floor. Suggestion: in addition to soap, provide shampoo.
Room was clean and in good condition. Price was very good for the area, albeit very high for a Motel 6. I like the discount at Denny's.... Wi-Fi should have been included (at a price of $2.99/day). Also, it required a pre-paid card and would not accept debit/credit card. Inconvenient.
It was Spartan, but okay No shampoo or lotion, few Rowland and broken doorknob
Room was clean. TV was nice. Bathroom was OK. I paid extra to have a fridge and microwave and my room did not have those items. Because of that, they gave me Internet for free so the money equaled out.
The bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room had a nice view. No hot tubs, sauna, or shuttles available. If I didn't get such a good deal thru booking.com it would've been too expensive for what it was. Also, the walls in the rooms seemed pretty thin as I could hear the girls in the room next to me talking most of the first night. None of these were a deal breaker and I wouldn't mind staying again in the future.
Room was nice an comfortable. I had 400$ in gift cards which I used at check in time an yet they still charged my CC for 580$ which screwed up my limit an caused us to cut short our stay.. they told me that was standard but how when I payed essentially what's as good as cash for 98% of my hotel fee..yet they chr get my card as if I hadn't paid a dime.. they should have only charged me the difference period. . it ruined my stay there an my wife as well..
Bed great room wonderful coffee shop did open early enough
Pleasant personnel clean rooms but need updating Draperies were torn. Only one cup of coffee per person
The front desk help was very nice. The place is a dump next to an abandoned movie theater. The interior is from the 1970's. I have no idea how this is considered a three star hotel. We left within 1/2 an hour and found another hotel.
Large room. Comfortable bed. Convenient location for our needs. Staff friendly and welcoming. Adjacent and accessible to open space trail. Close to restaurants and shopping facilities. facility under renovation. Heating & cooling system barely functional. Room worn. Staff not very professional. Adjacent club/bar noisy until late hours.
Very quiet location. When we arrived it seemed very empty. The woman at the front desk was very kind. The room that we were given was a suite and it was very spacious. The beds had a memory foam topper and a down comforter. We ate at the Chinese restaurant that was in the hotel and it was great!! The room smelled very musty and we could hear the walls are very thin. We could hear the people in the room next to us use the bathroom and could hear every word of their conversations.
Parking available and easy to find space. The internet worked very well giving out almost 50 Mbit/sec
Rooms were clean and had everything I expected/needed for the stay. Hotel boasts being dog-friendly with treats in the lobby and no pet fee which was wonderful. However, there is literally nowhere at all to take your dog to relieve themself. No grassy areas, no mulch or gravel areas, no "pet relief" areas. I was stuck trying to get my dog to walk along the narrow parking lot dividers in the dark around cars and shrubs to convince her it was ok to "go" there.
I liked the shuttle service provided as well as the free outdoor parking. I was hurt when I could not extend my stay and I had to find another hotel which ended up costing me twice what your hotel cost as well as the frustration of having to find another place to stay along with moving my belongings and finding a place to park my car.
The staff was great. The hotel was very nice, including the bar for a late night drink I can think of nothing I did not like.
The rooms were wonderful and the beds were super comfortable
Definitely. Friendly staff, very nice room. Clean. A bit out of the way.
It was clean and reasonably priced. Also new and very nice.
design is young style and comtemperary and free parking and close to towncenter. No refrigerator and Safety Deposit Box
The front desk staff was very friendly, even though they seemed to be in a state of training where not everyone could handle the details of check-in. Great attitudes, though. Housekeeping did not seem to be coordinated with registration. On our first day, the room was not cleaned until very late afternoon and on our last, it was cleaned long before we checked out. Also, Bookings.com should include the cost, with tax, on their confirmation.
clean and comfortable. great shower.
Rooms had class
