Pros: Every hotel and inn should be like this, clean, friendly, with excellent personal service. Bob and Karen have a beautiful inn in a gorgeous setting. I had the best breakfast there. Bob even gave me extra apricot scones to take back home for my husband. He baked them himself. Karen's cookies were also out of this world. I didn't get a chance to try their wine but next time I am in Seattle, will definitely stop by and try some.

Pros: Beautiful, comfortable, romantic rooms and location. Staff was excellent as was the food.
Cons: Need more bath towels in room, please.
Pros: Everything about this hotel is amazing! From the complimentary wine while checking in, to the pet friendly amenities- I was impressed with it all! Me and my husband live 20 minutes away but feel like we are vacation every time we stay here.
Pros: The staff here is incredibly friendly, even for an expensive hotel. They go above and beyond what one would normally expect. Very dog friendly too, a huge plus for us. When we checked in they delivered a dog bed and bowls to our room, very cool!
Cons: Construction at 8am on a Sunday? Surely that couldn't wait for midday during the week...really frustrating given how much you pay for this experience. Only complaint I've got though, this place is amazing.

Pros: I liked that there were several restaurants in the hotel and next to the hotel. There is a walkway to the shopping mall.
Cons: The swimming pool was in the building across the street.
Pros: Great location with a great view!!! Beautiful room with a large tv!
Cons: A little pricey!
Pros: Great location
Cons: Poor lighting in bathroom
Staff unhelpful in resolving various room and facility related issues. In particular, after twice complaining about excessively noisy hotel guest, front desk agent said "Ooh, I hate when that happens."
Cons: Clean the man washrooms more often
Pros: The customer service on the way out was excellent. Christen was the best, her attitude was great and it felt genuine like she really cared if we enjoyed our stay.
Cons: I did not like the overall cleanliness and would hope in the future attention to detail will be looked into by someone in charge.
Pros: Nice clean modern hotel.
Pros: The staff was very friendly. The room was kept clean and the bed was super comfortable. The location was great too! Connected to Lincoln Square for business. Connected to Lucky Strike and the movies by sky bridge as well. Smack dab in the middle of the mall area. 2 blocks away from an LA fitness but also had its own fitness center if you didn't have an LA Fitness membership. Only down side was not being close (walking distance) to any grocery stores where you can buy bottles of water and other essentials. The hotel provided all that you needed if you asked for it, it was just much pricier. Other than that, enjoyed our stay very much!
Pros: Staff was awesome!
Cons: Malls all around
Pros: Clean room, prompt room service
Pros: Good staff
Cons: The bed was as hard as a rock, not what you would expect for a higher end hotel.
Contemporary tech savvy two-tower hotel offers 732 guest rooms including 55 suites decorated with the style conscious business traveler in mind. Both private and public areas are impeccably furnished and weave a regional thread into the aesthetic by honoring the Asian influence so prevalent in the Northwest. Located within the trendy Bellevue Collection features 250 stores, over 55 restaurants & lounges, and multiple entertainment options, all connected by sky-bridges. Safe, clean, & walkable
Pros: Hotel unique to the NW. Great food and drink options in a hotel experience.
Cons: Noise is a problem in an old building. When making renovations, noise cancelation needs to be a greater priority.
A great choice for a stay in Bothell, McMenamins Anderson School is just 3.2 mi (5.1 km) from the airport. Guests looking for a bite to eat can check out North Shore Lagoon, one of 3 restaurants, which serves Hawaiian cuisine and offers pool views. 5 bars/lounges and an indoor pool are other highlights at this historic hotel, and rooms offer flat-screen TVs and room service.
Pros: Close to Towne Center and easy to hop on freeways.
Pros: The room was clean and well appointed, although I thought it was smaller than most. The location was within walking distance of downtown Redmond where we found the most excellent Italian restaurant. Speaking of eating - the breakfast provided was very good and the staff was active at clearing away the tables to insure seating for everyone.
Cons: Fire Alarm at 1:30 am and the entire hotel was evacuated! I suspect they have a problem with this because as soon as the alarm went off I remembered reading a reviewer mention the very same thing happened to them. I recommend requesting a room on the bottom floor, (we were on the 5th), and the elderly lady in front of us on the stairs had quite a bit of trouble during the evacuation.
We will choose to not stay here here again.
Pros: Clean, well kept, quiet. Awesome breakfast
Pros: Unbelievable value on a last-minute deal!!! Didn't want to leave the hotel room honestly; from the ambiance & staff (Mark in the bar is a star) to restaurant/bar quality, to room comfort and overall style, I was hooked immediately!
While it seems to be primarily (and well) designed for extended stay business guests, therefore missing some things like 24-hr room service, it made up for that in leaps and bounds with the gracious service of a luxury hotel. I would return without question, and am hopeful that other Hyatt Houses will live up to the high bar they have now introduced me to at this brand.
Cons: Without a car, the location's address was a bit tricky for called cabs to find (on a cul-de-sac-ish sideroad); walking-distance amenities were not suuuuper close (looked closer on map but pretty far to an out-of-towner on a dark rainy night); and the sole bus--while only a block away--was slow at the times I was needing it.
HYATT house Redmond provides a contemporary twist to the traditional suite experience - offering up an authentically comfortable lifestyle while adding little touches of luxury. Spacious smartly designed suites and guestrooms - fresh sumptuous beds and linens - full kitchens with stainless steel appliances, flat panel TVs with expanded cable and movie channels - waffle terry bathrobes.
Pros: It's what you would expect of a Westin in a city. Clean, accommodating staff, decent breakfast and space to meet informally.
Cons: It was an expensive night at $300+.
Pros: Not much. Not worth the money.
Cons: The elevator was broken and we wasted 2 hours of our vacation just waiting for elevators. It took us over an hour to find parking.
Pros: Store proximity to local shopping and dining.
Pros: Great location, excellent rooms
Cons: No parking on the weekends, staff internally overcharged in the cafeteria, had to remind front desk of billing corrections. Not a good experience
Pros: Cozy , nice bed and nice staff
Cons: They did not have a fridge and our food was ruined

Pros: Free Wi-Fi was plenty fast for streaming video. Free paper in the morning. Breakfast was a good spread of both hot and cold options. Nice exercise facility.
Pros: Staff was friendly, housekeeping was great, very clean
Cons: Too long of wait to check in.
When you stay at Silver Cloud Inn Redmond, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Bellevue College and Husky Stadium. Guests can relax at the spa tub, work out at the health club, or grab a bite to eat at the restaurant.

Each room is equipped with a private bathroom. For your comfort, you will find bathrobes, free toiletries and a hairdryer. You will find a shared lounge at the property. The area is popular for golfing and hiking. Meydenbauer Center is 1.9 miles from A Cascade View Bed And Breakfast, and Bellevue City Hall is 2 miles away. The nearest airport is Sea-Tac Airport, 15 miles from the property.
Pros: We were surprised at how the room was divided into a living room and sleeping area. The hotel was quiet and conveniently located off the highway. It was also nice that there was a covered gated garage with an elevator that went straight to your floor.
Pros: Clean rooms, bar, and all of the staff. Also, hotel sits on a major freeway interchange but never heard a thing. Good construction for sure!!
Cons: Parking sucked. 90 percent of spots were made for compact. At least 10 spots were coned off for employees. Big trucks with trailers parking sideways making this place a complete parking nightmare. If you want your $50,000 car banged up stay here. Not good.
Cons: It was rated 4 star and was not close to a 4 star quality hotel.
Pros: Real pleasant surprise at the accommodations. Restaurant was very good.
Pros: Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, great restaurant, can be for adults only or family-friendly. Can't complain at all
Pros: This hotel is a gem. We used to stay at the Silver Cloud in downtown Bellevue but find this one to be more luxurious. The drive to downtown Bellevue takes only a few minutes. We will continue to use the Silver Cloud Eastgate on our overnight trips from our home in the San Juan Islands.
Pros: Room was exceptionally clean and the cleanliness and decor of the hotel was very good. Liked being able to open the window for fresh air. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: Many Silver Clouds have the complimentary breakfast so we missed not having that option.
Pros: This is a well located upscale hotel with comfortable and nicely furnished rooms, an incredible staff, located within a stone's throw of virtually anything in Seattle.
Cons: I had to leave after four nights. Housekeeping staff removed an unread newspaper from the room that had not been placed in a location for recycling or disposal.
Pros: Not much. The location was okay and the price was fair. Parking was easy.
Cons: Overworked and inconsiderate staff.
Pros: Cleanliness, accommodating staff, and easy access to the city of Seattle.
Pros: The front desk manager made it clear that she/her hotel would do nothing to assist with a cancellation, but made it very clear that if I had done business with them directly that she would have helped me out and done more to assist me with my situation. By using Kayak or another third party vendor, a vendor that they contract with I add, the service you receive is sub par though thy gladly take your money. The front desk manager was extreamly rude and I would not recommend staying at this hotel.
Cons: They do not offer the same level of service if you book through third party contracted provider than if you booked directly through them.
When you stay at Silver Cloud Hotel - Eastgate, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Bellevue College and Safeco Field. After getting a workout at the health club, you can grab a bite to eat at the restaurant or unwind with a drink at the bar/lounge. Rooms offer microwaves and room service.

Pros: The property has been developed and maintained very well. The room are spacious and comfortable, cozy.
Cons: Location, price. Amenities could have been little better
Pros: Evening drinks and snacks! Shuttle to downtown Bellevue!!
Cons: Ongoing construction made it difficult to navigate but is understandable.
Pros: Great breakfast, easy/free parking, quiet, clean
Cons: Renovations currently underway, but wasn't noisy or inhibiting at all. Pool wasn't open because of renovations but I didn't know that prior to staying.
Pros: Embassy Suites Seattle-Bellevue was a great place to stay as I attended a 3 day conference. The staff was courteous and prompt. The continental breakfast and afternoon snacks were a special treat. My room was beautiful and functional. Overall, a very nice stay.
Just off highway I-90, Embassy Suites by Hilton Seattle Bellevue is a 2-minute drive from Bellevue College and 10 minutes from upmarket shopping and dining at The Bellevue Collection. Downtown Seattle is around a 15-minute drive away. The popular Snoqualmie Falls is 25 minutes away by car.
staff was very helpful in finding things to do in the area and I REALLY enjoyed my stay, would stay again. great price for all the extras. Fireplace and breakfast.
Pros: quiet and cozy nice little get a way but not to far away
Cons: not that I can think of
Pros: The location, kitchen facility and good breakfast
Cons: The sound proof was poor and the hotel was under renovation at the time. People was moving furniture starting at 8:00ish. Other than that, everything was great.
Since it's the only place I've stayed in Kirkland/Bothell I can't say if it's better or worse than something for a comparable price. But if I return to the area I will be trying someplace else.
Pros: Nothing, we left a day early.
Cons: Overpriced, small bed, uncomfortable bed, dirty crib, dark, the building is sinking, the pool was not kid friendly, the parking lot was cramped...

Pros: Great staff, penthouse room was more than large enough for the family of 4 and a dog. Location was great for us.
Cons: Unfortunately, the large room lacked seating for 4. Living room sat 3 with one chair and a love seat. The dining area sat 2.
There was no coffee table in the living room even though there was more than enough room.
Beds were VERY hard, way firmer than any hotel I can remember.
Poorly maintained, from the dirty decking and stairs with moss, to the carpet that turned white socks brown and hairballs in the corner of the bathroom. Ceiling light cans for flood lights had either regular bulbs or no bulb in one case. Not what I expect from a Marriott property.

Pros: Our trip was last minute so we chose this hotel because the price was great and the reviews were better; we were very impressed! Very clean, great food at the bar, staff was wonderful, amenities were ample.
Overall, EXCELLENT value. I will stay again even if the price goes up substantially.
Cons: The location means you either have to use the valet (which was great and fast) or park on the street, my truck was too big to go on the street so valet was our only option, I like more options. Bellevue is great, but if you need to be in Seattle, it's just a little further than is real convenient.
Pros: Very clean! Staff was super friendly & helpful!
Pros: Rooms were exceptional, well thought out, and everything was clean, and worked.
Cons: I dont prefer valet to self park, generally.

Cons: We were assessed a smoking fee charge. We have two children and have never smoked in our lives. The manager Dylan Griffin had a horrible attitude and did not resolve the issue. She needed to go find "evidence" and after two hours of waiting she found that no report was filed. Really poor poor management. Stay away.
Pros: Room was nice an comfortable.
Cons: I had 400$ in gift cards which I used at check in time an yet they still charged my CC for 580$ which screwed up my limit an caused us to cut short our stay..
they told me that was standard but how when I payed essentially what's as good as cash for 98% of my hotel fee..yet they chr get my card as if I hadn't paid a dime..
they should have only charged me the difference period. .
it ruined my stay there an my wife as well..
Pros: The bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room had a nice view.
Cons: No hot tubs, sauna, or shuttles available. If I didn't get such a good deal thru booking.com it would've been too expensive for what it was. Also, the walls in the rooms seemed pretty thin as I could hear the girls in the room next to me talking most of the first night. None of these were a deal breaker and I wouldn't mind staying again in the future.
Pros: Bed great
Cons: coffee shop did open early enough
