Pros (+) Recent renovation and upgrades. Staff. Closeness to downtown Kitchner.
Cons (-) The price for parking with it being so far from the bldg and exposed to the elements.
Pros (+) The room was nicely decorated. They had updated the bathroom with a shower stall instead of the traditional bath / shower, which we found was great use of space. They provided a mini fridge with microwave and had a coffee station, which we didn't use but thought was a great if we were staying longer.
Cons (-) The pillows were too full. Couldn't get a good night"s rest as they were too high. The hotel needs a variety of types available to meet peoples needs.
