Cons (-) The location is a blessing and a curse. If you are visiting Berlin but don't have a car you need to be prepared to walk or hire a bike. There is a bus service that goes between Wannsee (30 mins from the city on the S-Bahn) and the hotel which has a 5 minute travel time but you are at the mercy of a timetable for travel.
