Cons. Stayed one night, room smelled terrible, like it had been smoked in. Arrived late, so went straight to bed. When I advised the front desk in morning about smell, they did nothing except say someone may have smoked in the room. Poor customer service. It’s also rather noisy from the street and highway. We left promptly and will not return. I didn’t like that there’s one exit to the hotel and parking is slim near the door. Poor parking lot layout. We will NOT recommend this place. Have stayed at the Comfort Inn next door, and it’s a thousand times better in all aspects!

Cons. The breakfast room was very dirty. Every table was full and not enough room for all guests. As I was trying to get food the staff was more interested in cleaning up and not allowing the guests to finish up there breakfast.
Pros. Customer service was good. Very willing to accommodate and get us new rooms when two of our non-smoking rooms smelled like smoke. Breakfast wasn't bad. Rooms were spacious.
Cons. We got three rooms. In one room, housekeeping apparently hadn't finished cleaning the room after we had already checked in. There were pillows all over the floor and there were no towels and she was entering the room taking care of this as we were trying to get settled in. Very awkward. In another room, there was a dirty sock on the floor. In another room, there was a used shampoo bottle still in the shower. Overall did not seem very clean.
