Pros: Car was available and was adequate for my needs
Cons: Somewhere - either at kayak or at dollar - reservation was entered incorrectly as noon rather than midnight.
Dollar dropped the reservation at 4 hours past the pickup time.
Fortunately they still had a car available, but I ended up paying a higher rate than what was originally reserved.

Pros: Was surprised to learn that they considered a Dodge Ram truck a "full", which wasn't really acceptable, esp. given that I had two cars seats. I was forced to upgrade as they apparently didn't have a sedan on site.

Pros: We upgraded to a new 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 pickup which was nice
Cons: The quoted price of $12/day upgrade was inaccurate. The price of the rental nearly doubled. The vehicle, although new (less than 30 miles) was filthy inside. The windows were terribly dirty on the inside and there were multiple areas on the doors and remainder of the cabin that were filthy. When presented at the counter for return the attendant didn't do anything besides say she would have the booking attendant call us. They never returned the call.

Pros: Loved the vehicle. The daily rental price was great. The hidden deposit was not. If there is going to be a deposit state it up front. Not a surcharge may apply. Other than that everything was good as gold.

Pros: Best deal I have had in a long time. A Dodge Crew cab for $21.00 a day. It was listed under special generic car. So I didn't know what I was getting. Until I arrived at the rental counter.
Cons: I had booked a car to take on Vacation. I paid for insurance threw kayaks site. Enterprise told me it was threw a 3rd party and it wouldn't actually cover the car. Still haven't seen my money back on that. After booking online I called to verbalize with enterprise that everything was ok. The man told me I had to have a Kub bill in my name. I explained to him it was in my girlfriends name. He told me she could get the car in her name and for $10 extra a day I could be put on as a second driver. That would have worked out perfectly if when I got there to pick up the car, the man behind the counter told me I had to have a Kub bill in my name as well....Which was not discussed on the phone nor does it make since. I do not own a major credit card due to trying to be responsible by not spending money I dont have. I missed out on my vacation due to Enterprise employees not providing the information needed before the day I needed to leave.

Cons: the payment system is super weird. I did a split payment and for some reason the price of everything changed causing my account to get over drafted upon returning it

Pros: Quick pick up . Great customer service. Great price. Addressed questions and concerns appropriately. Highly reccomend! Asked for add on's appropriately and didn't make me feel uncomfortable when I declined.

Cons: Employees can be a bit more personable and explain the charges properly. They seem like they do not like doing their job. Maybe had a bad day, but customer service could be better. Did not have access to my vehicle
Cons: It was hard for me to tell on the Kayak website which of the Hertz were actually at the airport. I tried looking it up online but still ended up booking at a Hertz a good distance from the airport. Would be awesome to have some kind of denotation showing if its actually at the airport, needs a shuttle or is totally off site.

Bad customer service
Pros: Bad customer first pre-paid online said it would be a 25% if I paid it online didn't get that one to the counter when I got there and asked the lady at the front desk she didn't know the one in care about my situation took the car without looking around it when I got back on the bumper seem to of gotten attached from the car no dents or anything we figured it was him manufacture default me and the lady outside lady outside was very nice my first impression of customer service at the front desk was horrible
Cons: Customer service bring the car back with very helpful very nice
Pros: We put 3000 miles touring the Southern Unites States. I think we filled up with 20.00 dollars each time it cost us very little.
Cons: When we picked the car up the person did not explain how to drive the car s features. Where's the gas the trunk lock the lights etc. but the worst was the tolls we didn't know what to do on toll roads that bill the plate. We were franticly calling phone numbers for Avis.

Cons: I reserved a mini van almost two months in advance. I show up at my scheduled pickup time after driving over an hour to get there. The person working the desk tells me they didn't have any mini vans available and they "upgraded" me to a large passenger van. I told him that wasn't acceptable. He told me that's all he had. I told him a phone call would have been nice. He just looked at me like he had no idea what I was talking about. So glad I called early. It was a great way to start our vacation........never again.
