The hotel is very nice and clean far away from everything. Perfect if you want to get away from everything.
The surroundings at the marina were stunning There was no tea/ coffee making facilities in room. There was no free wifi ( you had to pay per hour), the breakfast was nothing special. I had just stayed at a budget guesthouse and had free wifi, kettle etc, a DVD player, 80+ channel tv , and this hotel had the bare minimum of 20 channels! So my experience here was poor, for the price and star rating.
The pool and pool area was nice Did not like the location - far from everything. Nothing went on at the marina and I think we were the only guest staying at the hotel
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Booking of company function under the guest rooms (noisy).
Pool is excellent. Rooms are very clean and well maintained and the setting is special. Breakfast is terrible. Use the bakery in the marina instead.
Deluxe rooms are huge and well maintained. The location is really good if you have something to deal with marina; if not, it is located fare away from beaches. The breakfast was not really nice. Too much asian foods!!!
Good view,Silent.Reasonable price. Breakfast is not so good.
rooms beautiful, everybody v friendly
i dont know any thing about this hotel only because i trust booking.com then i book but i did not stay in it so they charge for one night then i go to le merdien patong it was excelent hotel the location its near the beach but the water very deep you can not swim and it is very far from shopping and restuarants
Great property The staff was extremely inexperienced and untrained.
the facilities were fabulous, the "lighting of the torches "ceremony almost every evening was a spectacle in itself. My bedroom was luxurious & the bed lined to die for.The classes offered were varied to suit all tastes.I enjoyed the pilates/yoga with a Thai instructor who was excellent. The blue pool was one of the most interesting ever, the swim up to bar was lovely. My bedroom balcony was so dissapointing. The jungle was coming over the railings at me, i could not see anything except palm trees literally in my face. The breakfast was wonderful however the evening meals were really poor.I walked out of the Italian "Cocina" it was the head chefs night off I was informed & the pasta dish was one of the worst I have ever had in my life.
the hotel as a whole. excxelent service. nice pools & restaurants.lovely beach side. spa. very kind & friendly staff. only many lezards on the walls at night.........
luxiry far from the city
Rooms, location, Dining, pool, very friendly staff, especially Su, restaurant manager Andanan Grill. Nothing
The service was 5star/the selection of restaurants were impeccable combined with a setting that looked like it came out of a South Pacific musical scene. We loved the staff and the Siam Deli was purely delicious. The weather was the biggest disappointment- The satellite TV and movies offered were outdated. Not a lot of activities for wet weather. Need to forecast weather for next day. The Fire Dancing lacked a little cultural choreography- was very short
Serenity and calmness, natural beauty of the location. Good choice of places to eat within the hotel but pricy. Childrens play room was great and out little one who is 5 enjoyed the activities and went each day Cost of food and beverages
The place was very much like paradise. The bed was so comfortable, really like a little piece of heaven...and the food was scrumptuous, so delicious. U will not believe the spread they have for breakfast, and dinner is just as excellent. I highly recommend this hotel. It's a little pricey, yes...that's for sure, but I thought it was well worth it! I have absolutely no complaints...and trust me, I'm very picky. I throughly enjoyed my stay and plan on staying there again the next time I visit Thailand.
Fantastic hotel, very happy stay here.
This hotel was outstanding because of the the friendliness and helpfulness of all staff.
indigo pearl was one of the best hotels ive ever stayed the staff were amazing especially all the staff at the tin mine dinning. the rooms were perfect and the adult only swimming pool was brilliante a real luxury hotel. no
- Clean, updated rooms; Great WiFi coverage/speed on resort; Great Breakfast with a lot a variety; Friendly Staff; Lush landscape; Nice gym; Good management & responsive to critiques; - Humid so more ceiling fans in restaurants and open-air locations; More umbrellas (that can tilt) to black against sun; There were not enough umbrellas for each lounge chair at pool; buy more umbrellas; limited English at restaurant is challenging to order food or different services; charging for house water is a little silly at resort restaurants - Rivet: We understand gourmet dining but it was average food that deserves having more side-dishes included in the main entre. I think guests would have a better experience if the Rivet didn't take itself so seriously (it's not that high quality that it needs a drop/dollop of sauce on a salmon and charging $30)
Great room, great staff, great food - and nice and close to the airport! The only criticism would be the relative softness of the bed mattress. Unlike all other hotels we stayed in, in Thailand, we felt the bed mattress was just too soft. The pillows were also a bit too big.
Interesting mix of bars / restraunts Access road leading to the hotel is very poor and gives bad impression
Wonderful staff and overall hotel quality and experience Poor english of staff, food (esp wine) way too expensive for Thailand
Big rooms, great facilities, lovely beach with great selection of local restaurants Service was either very good or very poor depending on the person!
Ordered dessert wrongly but staff at Black Ginger instantly changed without issues, and we were not charged for our first round of incorrect orders...way to go to ensure we will be back. Food was outstanding! Housekeeping staff were tremendous and sorry we were in such a hurry, we didnt leave them a decent tip. Room toilet smelled even after cleaning. Lobby is too hot all the time even in the evening, no breeze can flow through. Needs at least one lift near central area to allow older guests not to have to work so hard at stairs. .
Good hotel for a relaxing family holiday Surroundings/beach outside Hotel are fairly poluted and deserted
The villa are simple perfect. The privacy is complete, and the small private pool makes it into a small paradise. Outside the villa, there are all the things you expect from a nice resort, beautiful swimming pool, direct access to the sea, two restaurants, an impressive Spa and the famous Thai service with a smile. The resort is adjacent to the J.W. Marriott, 5 min walk, with extra restaurants options (especially the coffee shop and teh Italian restaurant). Of course the price is too high, even compared to other offerings on Phuket, despite the global economic downturn, no discounts or combi packages (E.G. Spa treatments, transportation to/from airport, etc.) are available, and more worrysome for the Anantara company, the resort had a very low occupancy rate during both my stays there (December 2008, July 2009).
The relaxed atmosphere and quiet surroundings. The price of the pool villa as it rained most of the time.
EVERYTHING!! It was an amazing hotel, loved the amount of space at the villas and the private pool. The restaurants were wonderful, in particular SFS (Sea Fire and Salt). It is a very peaceful resort that makes you feel as though you were in a spa the whole time. There is peaceful music by the main swimming pool and you get water refils and apples during the day, with snacks like dim sum and prawn spring rolls at 4:30 onwards. The beach is beautiful and not busy at all. We can't wait to go there again!!! No
Modern, up-to-date rooms in excellent condition. Friendly staff, great services, free Wi-Fi, free airport shuttle, rich program variety, cooking course, organised walks in the natural park, free bicycle rent. The residence is quite large and the signs are not very clear which way to go to find all the facilities.
brand new facility and sweet staff was quite impressive. any sort of bigger shop for comodity - even though there is a single small shop in residence are - seems very much necessary.
The appartments are very comfortable by having very good quality, room service and loundry service are perfct, the garden is extremely good treated (perfect gardeners), free bycicles (we didn't know about) and extremely fair with transfer to the airport The service in the restaurant needs to get better, in the beginning many problems with the breakfast-service (got better after a couple of days and informing the manager)
Villas were nice, staff are friendly, hotel close to the Airport Villas pool not clean, difficult to order food as they dont understand english well. Hotel is far away from the city. Not much to do around the hotel. Villas looks smaller than 130 SQ. Pool of the villa is not deep. Breakfast is not good.
Only stayed here for 1 night, because of its location to the airport. Very nice modern hotel, great comfortable rooms, great pools, great food, free wifi, good for families. Bit far from everything accept the airport.
The peace and quiet also the location and scenery, the friendlieness of the staff etc No everything was great
Not just a place for a one night stay. Dewa Phuket is away from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the Island, with beautiful pool and restaurant area and fantastic family rooms, this is a great place to stay.
excellent breakfasts, great service, wonderful spa, location away from the crowds, spacious & comfortable family suite we found the dinner we ate there disappointing (and expensive!) compared to local beachside restaurants
Good service. Very close to excellent beach and small beach restaurants serving fine food. Close to airport, essentially without noise from air traffic. Spacious rooms and nice design. Air condition very noisy in pool villa. Difficult to sleep. Replacement with low-noise units would be beneficial.
We throughly enjoyed our stay at the Dewa Phuket- our Villa with own plunge pool was out of this world- a perfect spot to totally relax and recharge! The staff were all extremly friendly and helpful and the spa facilities were fantastic! I can't wait to stay again!
Well worth the money. Very small hotel (I think about 15 rooms) with very individualized Thai hospitality. We had a late arriving flight at midnight (1am after clearing customs) and this was the perfect place to go after landing and not wanting to trek over an hour to another hotel in Phuket. Only bad part was the bathroom was not as clean as we like it to be. But on the other side all the other hotels we stayed at in Thailand were not much worse than this. So the bathroom is adequate compared to other local places.
Rooms for very bright and colorful, staff was very helpful, location near old town was excellent. Rooms for very bright and colorful, staff was very helpful, location near old town was excellent.
if you miss the ferry from rassada this place is awesome for a quick overnight stay. The hotel is clean, staff is super friendly and they do not run a scam show like the pier. They charge 400 bht for ferry and transport back to the city/airport which is a fair fee instead of scam artist trying to charge you at the pier. The cheaptest I found on the island was 350bht. I would gladly pay 50bht extra and deal with nice people. The hotel has bunch of restaurants around. The surrounding area looked safe and not too touristy The hallway is a little noisy when people are walking and the doors dont seal the noise much.
The Tint is a nice, clean, cute place to lay your head when you have a quick stay in Phuket Town. The employee working the desk was extremely helpful as well in providing information on island hopping for the next part of our trip. The halls echo pretty loudly.
Adventure , low cost, high standards, very friendly staff
The three pools were beautiful, the restaurant had good breakfasts and room service. The location was close to the beach, massage places, and shopping. The rooms were clean. The door had cracks that allowed many mosquitos to enter! I killed around 30 in the two days I was there and got bit a lot. I would highly recommend the hotel invests in plug-in air fresheners that kill mosquitoes, as I've seen at other hotels in Thailand. The front staff was efficient, but not once did they smile when talking to me. I felt like I was bothering them if I ever approached them with a simple question.
The room was beautiful, pools nice, just in front of the sea, surroundings quite and perfect. We should have stayed # days, we finally stayed 12!! Staff at the reception not that helpful, restaurant expensive, wifi was sometimes working but often not
Very friendly staff at hotel and at Nai Yang in general. Only down side was cool water in shower at night but ok in morning. Breakfast really good - no complaints we would stay again
- Arrived first night and room did not match photos shown and was damp. Next morning used shower which whilst in use flooded our room and much of our clothes. Took two hours for staff to allow us to move room next door.Went to use pools of which only 1 was in use and very basic with jacuzzi broken and bar pool non existent. Breakfast buffet was poor with cafe not even in the resort itself. Was meant to stay 11nights, checked out after 1 but got charged for 2nights. The location is poor, and beach had piles of rubbish bags on on it, very disappointing.
air conditioner worked nice. we had comfort night.
Everything. Hotel is amazing. That i just had 1 day to stay there.
qiiet and near to beach and village
I chose this hotel, as it was close to the airport. It's next to the old hotel of the same name which you see first, a bit of putting.
The towel animals The breakfast dining area seemed a seperate buisness to the hotel, the beds were uncomfortable compared to other hotels we stayed and gardens were not well maintained. Other complaints were taken up with managment.
Hotel staff friendly and efficient; everything worked
