With a stay at Seapines Villa Liberg in Sa Khu, you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Nai Yang Beach and Mai Khao Beach. The front desk is staffed during limited hours.
Pros: Many thanks for taking good care of us during our days at your place. We’re very happy and satisfied with the quality of the rooms and the relaxed ambience of your house. We will definitely come back. All the best from France.
Pros: Absolute gem of a small hotel. Lovely owners. Great ambience. Just perfect.
Pros: The owner's great help to book taxi and boat to Phi Phi island. The cosy, clean and quiet room. The swimming pool. The 5min walk to the beach, restaurants and bars.
Pros: This is a lovely little place and only 5 minutes from the airport, we used for an overnight stay before flying on to Vietnam the next morning. The beach is only 5-minutes walk and there are plenty of nice places to eat on the beach. Breakfast was one of the ones you pick from a list but perfectly adequate, juice, coffee, eggs and toast. Taxi to and from the airport only takes about 5 minutes and costs about 200 - 300 THB each way. Did the job very nicely for us.
Cons: It was all fine.
Pros: Everything was just perfect!
Pros: Amazing place! Very nice and helpful staff, comfortable spacious room, nice garden with pool and very close to the beach (5 minutes walk).
Cons: We were a bit disapponted by the beach, so we appreciated the pool.
Pros: We stayed there for just 1 night cause we have to catch our flight the next day. The hotel is just wonderful，wish we could stay longer. The owner is very friendly and helpful. She even drove us to the airport. There are plenty of choice for breakfast.Room is clean and comfortable. And its just 5mins walk to the beach. And I love the beach its so peaceful much better than Kata or Patong.I would definitely come back if i come back to Phuket.
Pros: The owner of The hotel is very nice, the hotel is very clean and comfortable.i wll choose it if there is a chance next time. It is very close to beach and also close to airport but to airport need taxi.

Pros: The bed super comfy n everything is so nice when under in the villa
Pros: Sao in breakfast she was amazing, all the staff is super attentive to your every requests. Room was big and the pool was amazing. Position great, silence and relax far away from everything.
Cons: Cleaning room not good, housekeeping staff in 5 days don’t change me bed sheets, also tub outside was always dirty.
Cons: I'm upset about deposit they hold in card and they don't tell me it's takes 2 weeks to back for me ..
Pros: Staff is great and extreamlly helpfull. Restaurants are great, villas are big clean and comfortable
Cons: There were many lizards at villa hotel should find a solution to send them away
Pros: All the staff are the most friendly people we have ever meet. The food was to die for. The rooms are so big and amazing we didn’t want to leave. The stay made our expectations so high for future travel
Pros: Staff were unerringly friendly. Spa facilities were unbelievable. The gym was perfect. The breakfast buffet out of this world. You get the gist.
Cons: We were asked twice what time we wanted our villa serviced, but this was haphazard. A very small gripe as it always occurred when we were out.
Pros: Everything is really perfect like a dream
Cons: A little far from the beaches and limited stores around
Pros: all is perfect in this hotel, I would like to especially thanks to all the staff in this hotel, they are very welcome, nice, and polite, and they are just more than good. this is the only hotel I checked in so far that makes me don't want to leave, but vocation is vocation, hope I will come back to this hotel again in the future. I love this hotel.
Cons: The location of this hotel to Patong beach area is around 1 hr, to Karon beach area is around 1.5 hr, unless your goal to have a relaxing holiday only in the hotel, otherwise the location of this hotel is not so short distance to go to some amusement place.
On a secluded cove against a canvas of sand and sea, we offer bold new discoveries with our top-rated facilities for land and water adventures, world-class spa, inspired cuisine, and forward-thinking services that exceed our guests' desires. The resort's 416 rooms and 54 luxury suites blend the creative and the elemental with authentic Thai accents against a soothing tropical setting. Style coupled with superb amenities allows for a stay of limitless exploration and renewal.
Pros: private beach nice pool and lounge
Cons: remote location expensive shuttle fee very expensive food (you have to eat in the hotel as there is no where to go outside )
Pros: loved our room with a huge terrace
Cons: It's an amazing property to live at, with beautiful view of the ocean. Overall one of the best places to stay in Phuket.
Pros: We are welcomed with a nice drink and cold towel to cool us down after our airport transfer. The customer service is excellent and is very responsive whenever we need any help, such as booking a reservation in the restaurant, or requesting for water in our room. The pool is also good, with segregation between the kids' pool and the adults. The place, while a little dated, is well maintained by the hotel. I think the buffet has a good spread, but it does get a bit stale after a few days. Not their fault though, and they try to have daily specials.
Cons: The beach waves are a little strong, so it is not really suitable for younger kids. The location is a bit off center, so getting to the central area might cause you quite a bit because the taxis cost a lot.
Pros: Great place and great staff
Pros: secluded and quiet location, away from everything else
Cons: cleaningless can be improved
Cons: We booking syöte room 102m2,bht töin its only anovat 42 and terrace 60m2,its wrong.
Cons: The pool was very dirty
Pros: Private white sand beach, great facilities lots of space
Cons: Since the hotel is a bit remote we had to rely on their restaurants for lunch / dinner. Food was overpriced and not at the level of the 5 star hotel Breakfast was excellent but lunch - dinner disappointing
Pros: We loved the location, the super nice private beach, the big pool area and all overall the whole resort. Really nice. Facilities were all good, nice big gym and spacious, very clean rooms. Staff always helpful and friendly. It was super quiet and relaxing, and still just from 10min from Patong way.
Cons: The breakfast wasn’t quite the stranded I expected for such a great resort. Choices were a bit limited and sometimes waiting times were too long for example at the egg cooking stations. The WiFi in the room sometimes was unsteady and the hair dryer was very weak.
Cons: Room staff and beach Amazing
Cons: Cleaning was just terrible! We had to call somebody to do it. Left room 11 Am. Return back 16:00. No cleaning! Nobody every brought new tooth brush. 7 days! No change. Shampoo changed 2 times for 7 days! Looks like poor 3 star hotel! Didn’t expect from Lemeridian. After check our charged credit card more 100 usd without permission. Feel really upset (((
When you stay at The Pearl of Naithon in Sa Khu, you'll be on the beach, a 1-minute drive from Nai Thon Beach and 8 minutes from Mai Khao Beach. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, luggage storage, and an elevator. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: A fantastic view and well laid out apartment. There was plenty of space and the pool area was amazing. The staff were helpful and friendly. Close to a lovely beach and great food.
Cons: The towels were really old and for an penthouse apartment, I would have expected more lush towels. The beds were so hard and the furniture was stained. The spa did not work in the pool area.
Pros: It was quiet, had a nice pool, and a 5 minute walk to the beach from the room.
Cons: There was intermittent hot water in the showers.
Pros: Location; right by the beach, massage and restaurants: yet in a quiet bay. 15 mins drive from the airport. Cleaning every 2-3 days. Helpful and reactive staff.
Cons: Pool temporarily under repair; otherwise all good.
Pros: Location, environment
Cons: Staff was not very helpful, and the reception was open only from 10-5pm so if you would have any questions/needs out of those hours nobody can help.
Pros: Really BIG apartment!!!! 4 people and we felt like home. I would own this apartment if I could ! Staff is super reactive! They are just amazing ! Pool was super super super and beach was not too busy and so close by! It’s the best combination of beach and pool in Phuket I think.
Cons: I love it all.
Pros: The pool area. Close to the beach. Comfortable beds.
Pros: The location is the only good thing about this hotel.
Cons: People need to know how very unpleasant this property was. No one should have to pay for accommodation that is not clean and needs significant maintenance. I would also like to add how rude and unhelpful the lady in reception (Tik) was. A disappointing experience all round - not value for money. It started with trying to make phone contact with the Pearl of Naithon for two days and they wouldn’t answer their phones. At check in the lady was very rude and argumentative about the phones blaming me for ringing the wrong number at the wrong time. I tried three different numbers and none were answered. The apartment was not at all what was shown on bookings.com. It was musty and did not have the two single beds for our children pictured. Again when asked the lady at reception was rude and didn’t want to help. The air conditioning in the second bedroom didn’t work and the reception lady argued that it did for some time, before eventually saying she would get someone to look at it the following day (couldn’t get anyone to look at it on the weekend) and bring us a fan! The mustiness was overwhelming and very unpleasant. The air conditioning that did work seemed to add to the mustiness, I suspect the air conditioning units were full of mould and need cleaning. I would not recommend this place at all, despite other reviews being more positive. Unfortunately we had booked two nights and we couldn’t wait to get out of there after the first night. In fact I wanted to leave within the first two hours it was that unpleasant, but we had already paid for it and our budget was already stretched. And the only lady on reception was not willing to listen to any of our concerns. The linen was threadbare with holes and tears in them. Cheap and nasty for the price you pay. The bedding smelled (not clean and fresh but very musty)- so bad that I put essential oils on a tissue under my nose to try to take away the smell.

Pros: The Beach
Cons: Very bad service in taking up and down the bags have no trolls to help The bellboy it was so hard for him to take one by one
Pros: The food is very good and the breakfast selection is superb. The staff, swimming pools, facilities, beach all excellent. Plenty to do around the resort.
Cons: Nothing in particular. Slightly out of the way but we knew that when we booked.
Pros: Food & beach
Cons: The room lacked a mirror & the shower had mould around bottom. Rest was good. Remote location & very little nearby but good for quiet escapes
Pros: The service was fantastic and the food very good. Comfortably size room, good pool, and amazing gym plus exercise classes.
Cons: The Thai restaurant was being refurbished and there was a little bit of noise.
Pros: Self-contained with reasonable number of restaurant, gym; Room is comfortable.
Cons: Services are way below expectation - called the reception on two different occasions but wouldn’t pick up; staff thought we were requesting for late check out despite we mentioned we would like to check out but drop our baggages; booked massage at 2pm, showed up early as expected but waited until 2:15pm without staff attending to us; when asking the reception if I could go to the washroom first before the treatment room was ready, I was asked to wait - which is somewhat surprising for a decent hotel (not sth I would even expect for ordinary spa shop) As for the room, while spacious, there were loads of ants around the cupboard and minibar area - dare not use any of the cups for tea at all... They have also wrongly set a toddler bed inside our room(see pic)... Worst still the pool was under repair but not closed. Found workers were using concrete to fix one of the blocks on the edge of the pool while swimming, shocked as the block was in contact with the pool area and left straight away!
When you stay at The Slate in Sa Khu, you'll be near the airport, within a 5-minute drive of Nai Yang Beach and Mai Khao Beach. Featured amenities include a 24-hour business center, limo/town car service, and express check-in. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free valet parking is available onsite.
Pros: Staff was incredibly helpful. We got an upgrade for our wedding anniversary (we requested in advance and had to share marriage certificate as proof) Romantic atmosphere. Expect to see a lot of couples. 3 different swimming pools (2 for.adult only ) all lovely
Cons: There's a.lot of mosquitos (nothing hotel could do about it ) but they could provide citronella or sort of natural mosquito repellent all over the complex. There's hot tubs in balcony, but it wasn't very private. People from other rooms could see you bathing. Dim sum at breakfast could be better. No fresh juicies for breakfast in a country full of fruits.
Pros: The hotel is spread out on a lovely property and well appointed. However it is very adult in its appeal although does after to families. Good beach access.
Cons: We stayed at the d buk suite. The lighting in the suite is terrible and v dark. We had two kids and it's a task to manage two young kids in a room like this as there are a lot of mirrors and odd corners and design features are catered couples. The rooms have no doors for bathrooms and just curtains. Makes for a bad option with children. Food is sub standard in flavors. Our room toilet had a back leak and the plumbing is not good and the toilet used to smell a lot when flushed.
Pros: Beautiful and friendly
Cons: Cross the street to access the beach.
Pros: - Clean, updated rooms; Great WiFi coverage/speed on resort; Great Breakfast with a lot a variety; Friendly Staff; Lush landscape; Nice gym; Good management & responsive to critiques;
Cons: - Humid so more ceiling fans in restaurants and open-air locations; More umbrellas (that can tilt) to black against sun; There were not enough umbrellas for each lounge chair at pool; buy more umbrellas; limited English at restaurant is challenging to order food or different services; charging for house water is a little silly at resort restaurants - Rivet: We understand gourmet dining but it was average food that deserves having more side-dishes included in the main entre. I think guests would have a better experience if the Rivet didn't take itself so seriously (it's not that high quality that it needs a drop/dollop of sauce on a salmon and charging $30)
Pros: Brilliant service
Pros: A pleasure from start to finish
Cons: Nothing, great place to stay!
Pros: Amazing hotel, the Arena around hotel is so Beautifull with acces to the Beach. Great Staff. Excellent food
Pros: The impeccable design of the hotel really sets it apart from other hotels.
Cons: I wasn’t a huge fan of the smell of the in house toiletries.
Pros: Everything. The place was amazing. We found it by luck and will be back again but for longer.
Casa Blanca Boutique Hotel is in the heart of Phuket, within a 5-minute walk of Phuket Trickeye Museum and Phuket Sunday Night Market. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a computer station, and dry cleaning/laundry services. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours).
Pros: Couldn’t fault the hotel! Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Great stay, would recommend to family and friends.
Pros: Very friendly staff Good location Ready to help Beautiful premises
Cons: The cafeteria section was really small
Pros: Extraordinary staff, very friendly and always here to help and give great recommendations. Nice cosy boutique hotel, with great decoration and a feel of being home. Very central and convenient location. Excellent snacks at the tea space, delicately made on demand (Salmon and cream cheese bagel, French toasts, Ham and cheese sandwich, ...). Nice swimming pool to end the day with a fresh dip!
Cons: Really the first time I cannot find anything to say!
Pros: Very nice and cosy boutique hotel with a clean little pool, staff was superfriendly and helpful with everything. We also got hotel towels for our private booked trip. Its located in the center of Phuket Oldtown, so everything can be reached by foot.
Cons: The bar in the opposite of the hotel has Live Band every night until midnight or 1 am, so if you have your room on streetsite sleeping is not possible before the music ends.
Pros: Loved the location, the staff was wonderful!
Pros: we don't have breakfast in hotel, but there are many local food shops and restarants near the hotel which is great. we love the friendly staff esp the young man that can speak Thai a bit ,but lift is so scary so we love to walk up and down from the 3rd floor which no problem but it is not good for the family which have the children. the surrounding is very good and the neighbourhoods are very friendly and helpful.
Pros: Clean , comfortable and quaint, very nice hotel

Cons: Would be great to have a courtesy pick up and drop off to international airport.
Pros: Perfect for families. My child loved the pool and the kids club. There were supermarkets and places to eat nearby so you don't have to rely solely on the hotel's restaurants.
Cons: The kids club could be a little better particularly for the younger kids/toddlers. There was only a small kitchen and doll house area with wooden toys and books which need repair or replacement. A soft play area would have been great.
Pros: Great spacious apartments with well maintained kitchen and amenities. Small supermarket nearby and restaurants. Activities for kids were great but if staying longer than a week they could get bored soon. Staff were excellent.
Cons: Be great to have more activities for 12-16 year olds. Slides for big pool, and would prefer beach location and safe bike track for kids.
Pros: What an amazing time my wife and I, and another couple spent here in one of their 2 bedroom suites. The entire staff have been the most friendly, kind, cheery, and welcoming that we have ever encountered in any other country. Everyone always went above and way beyond to make us happy. Would highly recommend!!!
Pros: This was the greatest place to take a vacation with your family. Everything was so good.
Cons: It is really confusing that their are multiple Marriott resorts within the area all with similar names.
Pros: This kids friendly hotel is located near the beach and several businesses such as taxis, restaurants, convenience store etc. The swimming pool was excellent and safe for the kids. The two bedrooms apartment was spacious, clean with conformable beds. it offers free shuttle to different locations in the area. The staff at the reception and concierge are extremely helpful. I would recommend it if you want memorable vacations.
Cons: Check out time set at 10:00 am could be improved.

Pros: We spent 4 nights at Baan Wanicha and had a great stay. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable and very clean. Quiet location and pleasant swimming pool. The breakfast was gorgeous and freshly cooked. The staff was very friendly and professional. We had a free ride to the nice Bang Tao and Layang beaches. Many good restaurants within 2.5 km.
Cons: Nothing that we can think of.
Pros: Best resort we've ever been! We had perfect relax! Huge bungalow with everyth you need, even jacuzzi! Delicious breakfast, 24h open swimming pool, very friendly staff, comfort and beautiful territory. Feeling like home. Thank Jürg for our superb vacation!
Pros: Everything exceed my expectations
Pros: Baan Wanicha is a wonderful, calm and peaceful place- nice design, very well kept up and a great team that goes to great lengths to make your stay special. The sumptuous breakfast with a great variety of fruit and Swiss cheese and meats is unbeatable. We loved it and will come back :) Thanks Jürg and team
Cons: cannot think of anything
Pros: The hosts Jürg & Kate were exceptional and couldn't do enough to make our stat any better, our rooms were beautifully designed and extremely clean, their attention to detail is second to none throughout the resort.
Cons: I can't think of anything that could have made it better, other than to maybe have stayed longer.
Pros: Every thing was perfect, and the owner was more than helpful. Nothing was too much trouble!! Amazing !!!

With Sophisticated and contemporary décor, the resort brings a cosmopolitan sensibility to a seaside setting allowing guests to 'check in and chill out'.
Pros: Very friendly and welcoming staff who were very helpful and kind. Great resort within m easy walking distance to the local beach, shops and markets. Highly recommended!
Pros: So this is my second time, this should say a lot
Cons: Love it
Pros: Lovely views, beautifully designed hotel , very nice rooms. Great pool area & lovely beach below.
Cons: Food , beverage & spa prices too high. Consequently most guests seemed to be going outside of the hotel. Also there was a mix up with our room selection via booking .com which the staff were unwilling to rectify & I was surprised that they didn’t try to do more to make us feel more satisfied
Pros: Great views from pools.Breakfast outstanding top class.Staff are some the best ever experience. All about the views
Cons: Walk down to beach. Can be a bit pricey if only staying at resort
Pros: The view
When you stay at SALA Phuket Mai Khao Beach Resort in Mai Khao, you'll be on the beach, within a 15-minute drive of Mai Khao Beach and Splash Jungle Water Park. Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The pools in the rooms, the outdoor showers, the bathtubs, the bikes available to move around EVERYTHING WAS WONDERFULL
Cons: Perhaps the location is a bit far from old town but it’s worth it
Pros: Very large rooms (60+ sq meters without private pool) on second floor overlooking lush and tranguil garden area. Breakfast buffet is very comprehensive and served in an air-con area overlooking the beach. Many lovely places to relax around the two large swimming pools, and access to an excellent beach area.
Pros: Everything was perfect!
Pros: Good location
Award winning Avista Hideaway Phuket Patong - MGallery Hotel Collection, Phuket offers two equally mesmerizing panoramas from its perch upon a lush peak overlooking Tri Trang and Patong beaches in southern Phuket. Beyond breathtaking vistas, discover a new outlook on indulgent 5-star luxury and attentive hospitality, exceptional private suites where unforgettable getaways unfold to the shape of your desires and the genuine warmth of our service sweeps you off your feet.
Pros: Quiet lovely place near the bustling beach town, patong. The architecture has its own quirky charms which apparently followed traditional Thai villages. We enjoyed getting lost in the resort, all three pools and great sunsets. For our special occasion, the staff prepared a lovely surprise of decorations and a bottle of wine. We enjoyed absolutely everything about the hotel. Most guests seemed to be couples and families, whereas we are a group of young women. We found the hotel perfectly suitable for a girls weekend getaway.
Pros: The location was beautiful. The room was amazing. The pools were fantastic. Sizzle restauarant was delicious.
Cons: Main restaurant was average. There was a wide variety of items to choose from, but they got boring fast. Breakfast buffet had some hot items that were not hot. Our butler never once checked in on us to ask how everything was. Very disappointed by that.
Pros: Beautiful hotel with fabulous staff. Adults only pool was very chilled.
Cons: The only recommendation would be more frequent shuttle buses and a second drop off and pick up point
Pros: Lovely Deluxe Room with air conditioning, comfortable king size bed. 24 hour In Room Dining. Access to Pool from Room.
Cons: Resort suitable for mature retired couples. Staff on reception not helpful and uninterested in assisting me once we had checked in. Arrival very rushed. Limited choice of dining. Would have enjoyed a choice of casual and formal dining experiences on the resort property. Limited menu choices. After discussion with staff about tour and activities I was interested in, resort recommended a tour which was highly priced and it was very very disappointing. I had to ask for basics each day such as toilet paper, coffee, sugar. Took a walk to the Marriott often to eat, swim, shop where staff couldn't have been more accommodating. Due to flight delays I approached reception for assistance, I asked to extend my stay at the resort for 5 hours during the day. The response I received from staff at reception was "No, we are fully booked, but you can pay for a further night and stay!! Had I have been staying on over night I would have considered the offer to pay for an additional night. Manager approached me on departure and apologised. I was not impressed.
Pros: Book this resort for a surprise birthday celebration. Wonderful staff - right from the front desk, buggy driver, housekeeping and the General Manager - i think its Mr Sumant. The place is definitely far from patong beach - but if u are looking for a place to hibernate and rest. This is the place!
Cons: Can you guys do something about the breakfast menu? Sadly - the omelette/scrambled eggs/egg benedicts are not the best.
Pros: Second time staying in this hotel, amazing experince again! Personal super friendly and indeed goes extra mile to satisfy your needs. Proactiely looking for feedback and improving their services day by day (especially service in Vista and Sizzle restaurant). Hotel is quite and good for families/couples. It has 3 amazing pools that allow you to properly relax, while looking to the sunset above the Andaman sea. Good gym! Special thanks to the stuff that made our stay special! definetely will return here next time when we visit Phuket
Cons: Not that i didnt like it, but for travellers to keep in mind, if you stay in this hotel and like to rest at the beach, the best is to rent a car and explore beaches of Phuket, th closest beach still require a taxi ride and might be not the most beautiful one. Also Wi-Fi service was a bit slow and not working properly at this time
Pros: Amazing people. Helpful, respectful and kind. Pools are great! Food is delicious and cocktails are good.
Cons: If you didn’t ordered a shuttle, getting to and out the resort, may be a bot pricey. But there’s nothing really bad about the resort. It’s a great value.
Pros: This hotel is amazing from the moment you walk in from the staff to the facilities. The hotels is so well maintained and was a pleasure to stay there, I would highly recommend it.
9.0 Excellent (661 reviews)

Pros: Room was clean and tiny
Cons: The pool was very dirty and second day after full day trip we came back and the room was not cleaned Due to the villa layout and design we could see alot of insects inside which was not comfy and irritating for us
Pros: The staff, the location, the spa, the hospitality and the view - everything was top-notch. Complementary champagne and the luxury car upgrade were pleasant surprises :) Highly recommended!
Cons: liked everything
Pros: Nice resort. Great nature and amazing views. The room compound was huge and exotic. Nice spa with great ambiance.
Pros: I loved the free ice cream for 2-5 in the afternoon. Nice touch
Pros: Amazing service from all staffs. Nice beach , resort provided many activities daily which you will not get bored on the island
Pros: location and sea view villa #59 is a perfect choice.
Cons: beach is short and few activity options.

Featured amenities include a computer station, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. For a surcharge, guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle (available 24 hours) and a cruise ship terminal shuttle.
Pros: Loved this place. It is so beautiful. We upgraded our room at the hotel and it was well worth it. We only were there for the day and chose it because of it’s close proximity to the airport. Couldn’t have been happier with our hotel choice. Highly recommend.
Pros: For a hotel so close to the airport, we were pleasantly surprised with quality and wished we were staying longer than a day. We really liked the patio that led into the pool out our back door.
Pros: The staff so nice and good services
Pros: Nice hotel with pool and comfortable room and nice restaurant
Cons: Nothing but I won’t stay there for holiday as it perfect for stopover for the airport
Pros: Perfect for an overnight stay when you’ve just arrived at Phuket airport -10mins at the most. Friendly staff, clean, comfortable rooms. We booked the pool access room which was awesome. Had a very good breakfast before we left. Would recommend.
Cons: Toilet doesn’t have much privacy, only gave us half a roll of toilet paper
Pros: Very nice hotel and very cheap price to stay. Right beside the airport only 5 minute drive away. Beach is a 5 minute walk but not a great beach. Room service is good here too.
Cons: Root top bar was being repaired so we didn't get to see it. The resturant was only doing breakfast this time of year but thetea room next does does good food. Beach was not good(nothing to do with hotel). North side had a lot of washed up rubbish and stray dogs. More south is better but nothing lile the bigger beaches.
Pros: Near airport, clean room
Nestled between the white sands of Karon Beach and lush green mountains, Avista Grande Phuket Karon - MGallery Hotel Collection, celebrates the cultural Sino-Portuguese history of Phuket with a blend of modern luxury and old world enchantment overlooking Karon Beach in Southern Phuket. Discover indulgent 5-star comforts at the hotel, which features private suites, exotic restaurants and bars to offer an unforgettable getaway in the tropical paradise.
Pros: Near the beach
Cons: Took me 20 minutes to check in at a lobby without air conditioning. I left for lunch without entering my room. By about 9 pm I first enter the room I found palm size black mark with scattered brown stains on the bedsheet. Called front desk to have it changed and house keeper changed it with a sheet full of lint and tried to brush off but in vain. I sarcastically told her to vacuum it. By then I have her changed with a third bedsheet. I brought this issue up to the manager in the front desk that such house keeping is unacceptable for a 5 star hotel.
Pros: The property was spectacular! Service was great and food at restaurants was amazing
Pros: Comfortable and quiet
Cons: Outdoor areas need to be cleaned more often
Pros: This is one of the best hotels that I've been, the design is beautiful and the environment is very friendly I enjoyed to stay there. The pool area is excellent and it's easy to spend a day there. The room is big, very confortable and quiet. Breakfast is very diverse has great quality and the restaurant service is good as well. Staff is helpful and friendly.
Cons: When I checked in I found the bathroom poorly clean with hairs in some places and corners with dirt. The shower smelled from the drain but the daily cleaning was ok. Bar is expensive.
Pros: The rooms were spacious with a lovely balcony. The pool area was great. The food/drinks available in the daytime were of a really good quality. A little pricey in comparison to places outside of the hotel, but absolutely worth it to relax in a nice setting! The staff were super helpful. One member of staff (I cant remember his name!) was particularly welcoming and delivered a great service waiting from the pool bar!
Pros: Breakfast was really nice! And the hotel decorations were beautiful.
Cons: The room was humid and I could feel the sheet was wet while sleeping. The curtain and sofa were molded as well.
Pros: - somehow we got the value deal - room is spacious - the interiors are beautiful
Cons: - the toiletries pump didn’t work and look gross. Maids should have checked before letting guests in. - No complimentary cake on special occasion. For us it’s birthday. It did come a day later because I asked them “does your hotel give complimentary to guest when they stay during their special occasion?” I did msg the hotel month earlier about the event. - the breakfast lines are small. There are 2 kinds of cheese to select. - the air condition sometimes get humid - it’s not a beach front hotel but walkable. - location is ok 30 mins from city center. But if you want to stay there like a resort I don’t recommend.

Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours).
Pros: We stayed in this property, an old fashioned Sino Portuguese style building which was just recently renovated and painted with fab colors, the Blues especially attractive, Booked two junior suites, which although a bit small were very comfortable and had all the necessary facilities, and small balcony, Its in the middle of Phuket Old town which has undergone great restoration, colorful buildings, no Power cables on view as they all underground, the area has wonderful restaurants and bars and is very safe for walking, We cannot wait to go back to this often overlooked part of Phuket,
Cons: Variety at Breakfast was a little limited, and slow service, temperature of the served food could have been warmer for us, The cafe/restaurant food was really good and some nice options on the menu, better service too, No smoking inside the hotel which meant only smoking on the street, this was a bit annoying, especially as there were no ashtrays or Buckets to dispose of cigarette butts, this needs attention as there is a fine for littering the streets with butts,
Pros: The stuff was sooooo friendly and helpful.position was great surrounded by loads of restaurants.amazing environment
Pros: Very beautiful building located just next to the old town’s main streets where you can find many cool cafés. It is very cheap and thus you need to keep in mind that the room and facilities do not have the same standards as a good hotel. Maybe you can see it as a kind of premium hostel experience. Overall, it wad a good experience for us who wanted to visit Phuket town.
Pros: Stylish place with very cool decor. Architectural features well preserved and good size rooms and bathrooms. Plenty of common areas to relax and have a drink/snack at disposal.
Cons: Hard to find something to point out. Overall very pleasant.
Pros: Beautiful decoration, very relaxed. breakfast was lovely. scrambled eggs. Close to everything. Staff helpful.
Cons: Shower could do with an upgrade and didn't appear to have a lift which wasn't a problem for myself but just info for public
Pros: phuket old town a hidden secret, great atmosphere, awesome food, cute restaurants and and and one charming the memory at on on hotel ✌
Pros: The antiquness and the location was great . staff was excellent .
Pros: Location, Design, Cleaness , tea and coffee room on the second floor
Pros: The rooms were clean and really nice. There was a snack room with drinks and snacks available, which was really nice. Front desk was helpful. Hotel offers ferry to (and from) Phi Phi islands with pickup at hotel, so it makes it easy for a day trip.
Pros: Beautiful, restored building that has Maintained it’s historic charm. Great location in the old town near Talong road with tons of good restaurants and shopping nearby.
Cons: Only complaint is the light that came through the top of the door through the glass at night.
With a stay at The Duck in Phuket (Talat Yai), you'll be a 1-minute drive from Phuket Trickeye Museum and 5 minutes from Bangkok Hospital Phuket. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, a 24-hour front desk, and coffee/tea in a common area. A roundtrip airport shuttle is available for a surcharge.
Pros: Nice and clean rooms, good value for money. Near the hotel is really good and cheap street food and a nice bar, so perfect if you are staying for one night. The airport bus brought me directly from the airport to the hotel (only 150 bht). Staff was very responsive to my emails.
Cons: 10-15 min walk to the historic center. Fridge was a bit noisy. Hotel booked a ferry ticket for me for 500. The service was very unreliable: the taxi was nearly one hour late, the ferry also left late for no appearent reason. Altogether it was 2hours wasted. If this service is offered, it should be less hassle than organizing it by myself, but it wasnt.
Pros: The friendly the helpful and friendly owners and how clean everything was. They also gave us a short tour around the old town and it was an excellent start to our holiday
Cons: No complaints
Pros: We only stayed for one night as a stop over from the bus station (walking distance) to the Ferry port (short taxi ride) the following morning. The staff were very friendly and helpful and only too happy to help with any questions we had. The room was spotless and very comfortable and staff arranged our transport to the ferry. We also had some amazing food from a little eating place just on the main road nearest The Duck
Pros: Nice place in Phuket Town. We stopped for 1 night before trip to Phi Phi. Room was nice and clean. Stuff very kind and helpful. Thank you for picking us to pier!
Pros: Very kind, smiling and helpful people ! One of the nicest we met in Thailand ! They helped us to find the nightmarket and also to get the tickets for Koh Lanta Island thanks again !
Cons: If we need to find a detail we will say that It was a little bit hot inside the room despite air conditionning because only the room are with fresh air, the rest of the building stays warm.
Pros: The room was big enough, clean and comfortable. Simple breakfast was provided in the morning. The owner’s couple were super friendly, tried everything to help us. Will choose the Duck again when come to Phuket next time.
Cons: That would be perfect: If shower water could be warmer. If I could choose twin room or double room.
Pros: Cozy and inexpensive, great for backpackers
Pros: Service amazing very helpful staff
Pros: Very clean property. We stayed here as a stop over to get on the ferry the next day so very good value for money. Ferry less than minutes away. Staff were very helpful ringing up the company to check on the driver as he was late.

Pros: Staff was great Breakfast was good Pool area Room view
Cons: Room was to hot at times and location a bit far from all the main social points
Pros: It is wonderful place to relax. I love the view . it is calm place . Finally it is suitable for family and kids
Pros: The location, the speedboats near the port, the grocery mart near to the location, the buggy to transfer to the room, the ability to connect between rooms. Good Staff n reception people to help us on our queries.
Cons: The shops below the rooms start cooking by 5 am n it was disturbing our sleep as we were vegetarian n the entire room was filled with Seafood smell.
Pros: Lovely spacious, clean room and a beautiful pool area. Also really easy to walk to shops and restaurants. I was really impressed when I first arrived at the hotel.
Cons: I found it extremely noisy and had very poor sleep while I was there. The air conditioning was so loud and I could hear everything in the room next door. There was a locked adjoining door and both mornings I was woken up by my neighbour trying to open it on their side loudly which is not nice when you’re there alone. I think earplugs are essential to stay here!
Pros: Nice and wonderful place Stuff are helpful
Pros: Stayed many times. Good location for me.
Cons: Good Location
Located in Maprao Island, The Village Coconut Island is by the sea, within a 15-minute drive of Bangkok Hospital Phuket and Central Festival Phuket Shopping Center. Event facilities at this villa consist of a conference center and a meeting room. Pros: big resort with pretty flowers and garden. very good breakfast.
Cons: suite garden were super dirty! and the jacuzzis are very old and the border was cracking. the water gets very warm. no sunbets or sun umbrellas at the suite garden. not much sunlounges at the beach, not much places to sit at the restaurant and bar. koko restaurant was not good.. very salty tacos and super dry chicken. received -10% due reclamation but got +10% service charge. service could be better, for example more welcoming and friendly. just better trained for a 5 star resort.
Pros: Great atmosphere, and amazing pool.
Cons: The spa.. They weren’t transparent at all . They don’t tell you everything you need to know at the beginning, they hid information from you so if you going to go there please ask all the question regarding payment and cancellation.
Pros: Great Facilities. Nothing to complain about. Really nice location.
Cons: The only thing I didn't like about the hotel is that they lied to me about Airport Taxi average price just so they could sell me their airport transfer. The average they told me was actually double of what airport taxis offered.
Pros: Nice location, good organized with the transport
Cons: Staff could be more friendly, lack of English understanding, in the restaurants overcharged with work
Pros: The views The staff The convenience of booking within the resort (dinner reservations, excursions, spa..etc.) The food The amenities The free breakfast every morning (included in room rate already) Bike the tour guide, his boat captain and crew
Cons: The lizzards everywhere. You gotta watch out for them all the time. But most were small ones and scattered when they saw lights or heard sounds.
Pros: The location, the food and the staff
Pros: Beautiful location and villas with some lovely restaurants. Staff very friendly though not always great at taking orders for drinks.
Cons: Muddy beach when low tide, though island across the way was gorgeous and there was a daily shuttle. Drink prices expensive.
Pros: • awesome staff • very helpful n friendly staff • great service
Pros: The location is nice but you need to take the boat everytime you need to go in the town. The room is big and cozy. The staff is excellent. The private jacuzzi is perfect for relax time
Cons: - big prices on the food and SPA - the cleaning of the room
