Fantastic stay at the Ritz Carlton Kohl Samui. Staff was incredibly courteous and accommodating. Amazing property with great facilities. Food was excellent, great breakfast. Only negative was beach wasn't the best.

The Ritz Carlton Koh Samui is located on the Choeng Mon Beach in Koh Samui, Thailand on 58 acres. The hotel is less than two miles from Bang Rak Pier for all the water activities guests could want. It offers ocean views of the Gulf of Thailand from many rooms. The hotel is only two miles from Koh Samui Airport and offers 175 non-smoking guestrooms and suites.
There are several different suites and villas to choose from ranging in size from 837 square feet to 2002 square feet. Even the smallest villa offers room for six adults with two king beds and two queen beds in three bedrooms with private bathrooms. Bathroom amenities by Asprey are provided along with plush slippers and robes. There are high-definition LCD televisions with satellite channels and complimentary wired and wireless Internet access. Other features include a dining area, living area, coffeemaker, minibar, in-room dining, and both valet and laundry services.
There are several dining establishments at the hotel including Baan Talat, which serves Thai street food, Shook!, which serves Western and Asian breakfast, and Sea Salt, which offers international comfort food. Pak Tai offers meals made from local farmers, Tides offers poolside food, and One Rai offers appetizers and cocktails.
