The wash room very dirty, the room too much dish n the Wi-Fi unable to connect.

The rate is affordable inclusive breakfast. Located in town and next to petrol station. Easy access for petrol for my hire car. The room is spacious. Bathroom needs refurbishing as the bathub got lots of filling patches. This is expected as i've been reading past reviews. No restaurants which serve beers nearby. No nightlife in town. I don't have intention to drink and drive. Next time will change to pantai Cenang.

Convenient place. Having a shopping complex for those shopcoholic.

Nothing. Like a Night Mare/I only hope that Booking,com will take this hotel out of their list .

only the staff at coffee house were accomodating as i was late and they took the time to serve me and they served with a smile... the reception staff was slow

I liked the beach and the quiet atmosphere. I liked being in a private chalet Old furniture and expensive price

Nice hotel, close to little restaurants and shops, really beautiful beach and territory. Very old and dark rooms - really need makeover, we ha в a huge cockroach the first day we arrived! Breakfast is of a really mediocre quality. We have dined in their restaurants too, but food is nothing exceptional (comparing to small restaurants in the village), however is terribly overpriced.

the view of the sea and the great beach internet was expensive although was very slow and reciption girl was not friendly with us.

The hotel itself. It has 30 acres of its own land which has lots of fun activities.

Ok hotel, clean and fair sized rooms. Would not class as 4 star though, maybe an average 3 star. Staff were polite but not friendly and facilities quite average for a 4 star hotel.

Beautiful seaview room. I have to wait for 2 hours as the requested big bed was not ready. Room not cleaned thoroughly. Empty beer can was found in mini bar. Cups not that clean.

It is a big (I think the biggest) hotel in Kuah and offers snorkeling trips etc. to a close island.

the location we booked an executive room with supposed use of the exec lounge which wasnt open during our whole stayinformed there were onlt 2 exec rooms booked so did not bother to open lounge

Room was very comfortable, luxurious and clean; friendly hotel staff; we enjoyed the KTV lounge bar with live band; excellent view of the sea. There is no beach nearby; we had to go to Cenang beach (24 RM for each taxi ride); breakfast is too Oriental.
