I liked the area, hotel very easy to find, good range of restaurants nearby, parking quite easy. Clean/comfortable room.

The hotel is located in a beautiful village on the lake shore with easy access to water taxis to other locations on the lake We were disappointed that the en suite facilities were not as we had anticipated (ie the shower facility was not a shower but a loose handset without mounting point). On checkout the credit card reader had to be taken outside to obtain a phone signal.

Apart staff which was very kind all other in this hotel is very, but very far from 4* standard. Coridor was cold and smelly, room was cold, heating in the bathroom was not working, picture on the presentation shows only anex to the hotel (wellness&spa) but not hotel, pictures of the rooms were far, but very far from the our room.

I stayed at the Hotel Gerbi and thought that the service was slow and the food not up to the price - the breakfast was good, but when we said the the coffee was not hot enough, we were treated very unfriendly afterwards Our glasses of the night before were still in our room at 12.00 the next day.I can not answer the next questions as I have not seen any reviews

Vitznau is a very beautiful location, at the foot of the Rigi mountain, next to the lake. Hotel Rigi is conveniently close to the Rigi mountain railway. Very friendly staff. Excellent place to relax in the Swiss mountains. The church clock, right next to the Hotel, is rung every 15 minutes from 6am to 10pm.

The beds felt very indulgent

Friendly helpful staff who spoke excellent English and hence made it very easy to check on local information and services. The restaurant food and service was excellent. The single room was is fair condition for a three star hotel, a little extra work on re-decoration would lift the hotel to four star.

The hotel is a small scale family hotel with very friendly and helpfull staff.

The cover bads were too much heavy for the summer season : the result was to have very hot temperature under the cover and very uncomfortable for agood sleeping. We have also to say that no air conditioning was available !!!

views magnificent, most rooms overlook the lake and mountains across the lake. Rooms very clean, if dated. breakfast buffet not wide variety . I compare this poorly to others similarly rated steep walk to lake. uilding whole bneeds a professional makeover. roller blind in our room incredibly hard to move up and down, but reception not always manned so just lived with it. early checkout time imposed (1030)

We enjoyed the extreme calm and quietness of the site. We could really relax on the terrace, the beach and in the room.
