Pros: Super hotel in an outstanding location, with brilliant staff (special thanks to Jakob the Manager). Superb food, comfortable rooms and brilliant views. A great place to relax and explore.
5.0 Okay
Cons: If one can't land at their place it would be nice not having to pay.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Jakob did a fantastic job looking after us whilst overnighting in our Cessna 206 on delivery from Switzerland to IA, USA. Nice & close to the airport.
Cons: WiFi could be better. Obviously not the fault of the hotel. Plus like everything in Greenland it’s expensive.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was perfect! Everything is nice and clean! Staffs are also very helpful! It’s pity that we missed our breakfast because we didn’t know about it but I’m sure will be excellent too. We had a wonderful stay!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The facilities, surroundings, and (certainly not least) the staff. A beautiful setting, in which one can comfortably unwind, and enjoy nature. Who knows... Maybe you will get to see some northern lights, as well.
Cons: Leaving
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was very good. There was an ample selection of good quality foods. The staff was accommodating and professional. The rooms were comfortable and well insulated.
Cons: The nats were unbearable if the wind was not blowing, and if the wind was blowing it would get wicked cold in a New York minute, Oh! I forgot, I booked a trip and went to Greenland where these things are to be expected. LOL
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Breathtaking views from my room windows. Nice decor, great breakfast, friendly staff in a wonderful setting. Awesome!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: My room was clean, had a terrific view, a very comfortable bed, and was incredibly quiet. Meals were served in a dining room with amazing views on three sides and were terrific! Best of all was meeting Jakob (hotel manager) and Simon (assistant and tour expert).
Cons: Unfortunately for me, I had to go to Tasiilaq and did not stay longer.
6.3 Good
Pros: Absolutely nothing to complain about. Visiting Greenland will be a experience that can be recommended for everyone.
7.3 Good
Pros: Great hotel once you consider the remoteness of the location. Don't really need more than a day to see everything there is to see in Kulusuk.
7.0 Good
Pros: Buffet dinner and breakfast were quite good value. Staff were really helpful and gave us printouts for lots of local walks. View was amazing.
Cons: Room rate is expensive
6.7 Good
Pros: Spectacular views from our room and the dining room, the very helpful and informative young manager, good value and interesting meals, quiet and peace, the great tours organised by the hotel. This was our sort of place.
Cons: We would have preferred a double bed but 2 singles appears to be the norm for Greenland.
6.0 Good
Pros: The chef, Mr. Ishikawa was very friendly and talkative. Jasper was so nice to grant late checkout so that we could enjoy our trip in the morning till our leaving plane in the afternoon.
Cons:
7.3 Good
Pros: Incredible views, comfortable room, tasty meals, quiet but then there were only three guests in the hotel.
Cons: I could not receive an international phone call resulting in having to call from the hotel and pay more expensive rates.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great views, very convenient for heliport, and easy walk into the town. Shower in main building is wonderful.
Cons: Kitchen and bathrooms in individual chalets are useless because no running water. These could do with upgrading. However, facilities in main building are great.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very special and interesting place. Unusual atmosphere, travelers and adventures. Great owner Robert Peroni-famous arctic traveler. He wrote a book about Greenland. Nice and kind people, warm. Greenlandic food. Hotel like a museum. Free pick up.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: This place gives real chance to have Greenland adventure. The place itself is adventure. We like it. Nice view, fjords with icebergs, that come and go. Nice village. Kind people. There two supermarkets-10 and 20 minutes walk.Hiking, boats, kayaks. Don't forget your sport boots and good mood.
Cons: In this village there is no bank to exchange the money. But not in all places you can pay by credit card. So you need to bring with you some Danish Kronas cash / in Red House they take Euro cash, but not Dollars /
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Stay in the rooms with the private bathrooms. They are down the hill, close to the heliport and huge and they look brand new. This is the nicest accommodation I’ve stayed in besides the 4 stars like Hotel Arctic and Hotel Qaqortoq in other parts of the country. For the standard of Greenland, this is great and the value you can’t beat. Most of all, I love the staff. Axel at this property and Rasmus at Tasiilaq Tours really go above and beyond. This town feels so welcoming because of their unrivaled hospitality and generosity. East Greenland in general is much cheaper than the west where a ton of tourists flee. You can get many things out here in terms of local hand made items for about 25% of the price of the exact same thing in Ilulissat. There is also a lot more flight options because you can come through Iceland. I’m not a hiker but I like photography. This is a hiker’s dream and this accommodation has all sort of tours and staff to make your visit absolutely amazing.
Cons: Has nothing to do with property but the hills that you have to walk in this town are no joke so the 1km walk to the nearest grocery store felt like I was going to die coming back up the hill. You need to be in good shape otherwise prepare to take a lot of taxis. WiFi is limited and not in the private rooms so be aware and download all your movies and Netflix in advance to your device.

Cons: The manager of this hotel is in the wrong industry. He is extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. Asking him anything seemed like a huge inconvenience. To be fair, the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful.
