The rooms were lovely and so were the staff. The pool towels smelt mouldy and the villa style rooms had moss/mould on the pool edges. I assume this is tough to manage due to the humidity. The lighting in the lounge and kitchen areas in the villas could be a little better.

The room and the breakfast was nice. I had also an excellent massage in the spa room. The bed was uncomfortable, and for the room cleaning were coming after 17:30pm, an hour that we returned in our room to rest. So for this reason we did not have a clean room for 2 days out of a total of 3 nights. It was a good hotel but needs to be improved the room service.

The high season at TS Suites Seminyak Bali is in December, offering a great time to experience the exceptional service and very friendly staff. However, it's important to note that the low season is in October.
