Staff very helpful,Food very good and varied, Beachfront. Nice area. Could have a better equipment that works properly in the gym.
What l liked the most was the the security of the hotel. The staff where very helpful and the restaurant was well organized.
location presentation of the hot breakfast food servery
Getting up in the morning, beds were very hard and we did not sleep well Going to bed, the beds were the worst we have ever had in a hotel
location, sea view, food, the room
Location Absolutely everything is extra or missing: €20 to use the safe for one night (or up to a week). There is a kettle and cups but no tea or coffee. €10 to open the minibar. The water in the taps is undrinkable in the hotel, but fine everywhere else. You have to leave a €30 deposit even to use the phone. The cleaning staff walk in unannounced at any time of the day (9.20 and 10.55 on my last day). The cleaning staff consistently left the balcony door unlocked and open despite a written request (in Spanish) taped to the door. The air-conditioning had a choice of 'permanently blow hot' and 'off' When I tried to complain, the receptionist failed to get the manager after promising that she would see me, and when I finally got to see the manager I was offered an internal complaints form and they refused to give me an 'hoja de recamaciones' (official complaints form) despite repeated requests.
proximity to beach, view from balcony, informal atmosphere, architecture, quiet nature of its location.
The location of the hotel was beautiful with good views on the sea. The room was nice and spacious. The breakfast buffet had daily variations. Having to pay for extras such as safe & wifi.
clean, friendly and helpful service the spa, pool would have been better if private - it's located at the front of the hotel where it can be seen by all passers by
The view was excelent, the hotel was very well presented. We found a slight dissapointment with the food, breakfast imparticular.
The position of the Hotel was exelent for bus drive to surrounding placeses. The staff acted profesionalt, and was service mindet. Nothing
Location close to beach and shopping/restaurants Not god service among the staff, no smile, no service minded at all.
new modern, clean hotel.location not good if you want to be close to main seafront area. went at end of october and hotel, full of spanish pensioners.they took over and they were very rude and ignorant towards other guests
Air conditioning did not work. Safe in room did not work. Hotel was approx 20 minuets from the beach.
It was a nice hotel and very good situated not so far from Albir centre, however due to the many spanish tourists it was very noisy.
Breakfast was excellent. The hotel room was very spacious and had good views.
Reception area was modern, and clean. The 'spa' as per the hotel name was closed, without any prior notice when booking the hotel. The shower(s) were constantly varying in temperature, making basic comforts not enjoyable.
The hotel was amazing, the staff as well, very helpful. The room was really nice and clean. They change the towels everyday, very efficient, no delays. The food was great as well, big choice. Also you can have buffet lunch at the hotel which is very comfortable and big choice.
excellant standard throughout not really...I was a bit concerned with the amount of hot drinks being carried at meal times with a lot of children running about too.
Buffet selection good. Wine price and selection in restaurant good. 1) Guest parking at €12 per day is not " a small additional charge" when staying for nearly a week, and the fact that there was free street parking right outside hotel failed to be mentioned. 2) Gymnasium very poor, equipment needs servicing if not updating (one exercise bike didn´t have a seat, weight machines were rusted and dangerous to use). 3) Although bought wine in restaurant each night - not allowed to finish bottle in lounge/ bar area, which seemed petty and usually resulted in us going out for a drink elsewhere as wine choice in bar was poor.
I did like everything! Nothing to complain
Location Location Location. This was also a very comfortable hotel and deserves its 5 star rating.
Piped music being played The hotel does not need it It is unnessary
The location of the hotel is very nice (if you have a see side room). The price for internet access is extremely high. Access should be included in room price.
Beautiful grounds and pool area, spacious rooms, nice shower, good breakfast.
Services & facilities Retaurant Palava
The hotel was very clean, the room was a good size and very well maintained, and the pools were lovely The dinner buffet was very expensive for the selection offered.
The service was absolutely superb. I stay in hotels about 150 nights per year and this is one of the very best hotels I have ever stayed in.
location and the room Reception- for the size of the hotel, 1 receptionist did not seem enough.
The most friendliest and helpful staff I have come across amongst the many hotels I have stayed in around the world. The fact that at any one time only one restaurant was open in spite of the fact that the hotel gives a choice of four (one of the reasons I booked in the first place) also they must find a way of keeping the buffet food hot.Limited choice on the al a carte menu, and quite expensive for the standard.
Being a keen traveller I am always enthusiastic to do and see as much as possible in new places and therefore really appreciated suggestions and recommendations by the staff whose friendliness and professionalism made a huge impression. I particularly liked the quiet location of the hotel and eventhough I had my car, I was happy to walk up and down the hill - a really pleasant walk to the sea, cafes and shops - if not for the good exercise but also to get a feel for the area. I very much enjoyed the Spa which I think offers good value for money. It was certainly a welcoming alternative when it was too chilly to bathe in the outdoor pool or in the sea (I was there end April). All the hotel facilities are spotlessly clean and I loved the variety of terraces to choose from, and one in particular on the roof top with lovely views of the mountains and sea!
Pleasant surroundings Because so few guests no buffet breakfast laid out so little choice
Beautiful views from reception. Large, warm, clean rooms. Staff very friendly and polite. The hotel is advertised as 4 star however you have to pay for all facilities. 12E to swim in indoor pool. Wifi 1E per hour. Very basic breakfast, no brown bread available, tinned fruit salad and stale pastries. Single rooms are at the back on street side and noisy as near bottle bank. Hotel is on a steep hill, not suitable for the less mobile.
The quite atmosphere. The secure parking
New hotel large room/beds. Any problems and questions were dealt with quickly. Evening meal/buffet closed at 10pm
the room was very comfortable and the view was good the location was a bit inconvienient and we got a taxi home a few times
The upgraded dinner on Saturday night in the small exclusive restaurant on top floor of hotel was of excellent quality and service and very enjoyable. The buffet restaurant dinner was poor with food not very hot and poor choice of meat dishes. Also few desserts on offer and additionally no coffee available in restaurant in evening. However, the breakfasts were good.
Hotel room, pool, bar, food all excellent+++++++++++++++++
Nice views, good swimming pool, large balconies. Quick and efficient repair of broken fridge in room. The staff were very unfriendly, especially those in charge at breakfast. Also at the breakfast, plates were taken away literally before the last of the food had reach our mouths. There is piped music by the pool which we found irritating and it can also be heard in some rooms. On checkout we were charged for a meal we never had.
The staff were very friendly and helpful It would have been nice if the bar and lounge areas were separate and more variety at breakfast.
the rooms were very clean and new No where to get a coffee or a drink, poor seating areas, we arrived about 1pm, 2 people were on reception. We registered but asked to wait an hour before room would be ready. Waited an hour then returned to reception. Only one man on reception then and a large queue. Not good enough for a 4star hotel.
A great modern design. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff were courteous and helpful. Great views and convenient position for onward travel. The air conditioning was impossible for me to operate.
The room was clean and spacious, as was the ensuite bathroom. There is no bar, there is no restaurant (cafeteria service until 10am for breakfast only). If you want a drink or snack, you have to use vending machines (in a supposed four star hotel!) some of which aren't even plugged in. The cleaners do their room rounds with a supermarket shopping trolley. The pool was freezing cold. There was no iron in the hotel. There was no plug in the bath.
Friendliness of the staff. Easy to find. Ease of parking. Free drinks in fridge. This is an ideal hotel for a couple of nights, or a business trip, but not ideal for a family holiday. There was no cupboard space in room so small items had to be left in cases. The sun terrace closed too early in the evening (8pm) - it should be possible to block off swimming pool if need be but leave terrace open so guests could enjoy evening air, if they want to, as there are no balconies and you need somewhere to smoke, apart from outside the front door.
The room including the bathroom Access to hotel entrance. Shower head was painful. No facilities were operational. No international TV programmes. Tiny lifts, although proposed for 6 persons.
Very quiet, brand new! The breakfast is awful and the decor is that of an office, it is not 4 stars and will not keep them for long!
The hotel was very clean the staff extremely helpful and friendly and the room warm and welcoming We felt we were the only people staying at the hotel as it was very quiet. It had a bar but because of lack of clients it was never welcoming. We felt if there was English Channels on the tv in the room the stay would have been more enjoyable
I like the location as I liked to walk to the beach. The hotel building was different than same tall hotel buildings in Benidorm. The hotel in new so it was clean and pleasant to stay there. The breakfast should be more various.
nice clean modern hotel solo male english drunken men!
The views and location. No coffee available during the lunch/dinner.
we have stayed here several times now and have never been dissapointed by this hotel
The hotel, the food, and the facilities were all excellent
Great location - pleasant enough hotel - perfect for a short break
The sea view and the location. The buffet food. Quite poor in quality.
Two double beds fantastic, views from the bar and restaurant brilliant.location is excellent. The cold buffet was very good, plenty of choice but, the choice of hot food was very limited. People do not always want to eat salads and cold meats and cheese.
Excellent location between the two beaches in the old town area. Taxi and buses two minutes walk away. Seafront 5 mins away. Mostly flat and easy walking. Buffet meals fresh plentiful and varied. Bar prices reasonable for this class of hotel. Free Cava at breakfast very enjoyable. Red wine we had in the restaurant good quality. Outside, plenty of Spanish cuisine to be tried and enjoyed. Great mix of Spanish and other Europeans in the hotel and locally. We were lucky with the weather which made the holiday for us. As we went out of season no stag or hen parties about. Surprised at the amount of older people enjoying themselves. Yes we would go again at about the same time of year and recommend this hotel with no hesitation. Emailed asking for a sea view and if they did a meet & greet at Alicante airport, got no reply. As it happened, all the rooms get some views of the coastline.
I liked the plesent design of the hotel and I appreciated how clean the hotel was maintened in both the public araes and my room. The bar staff were particular effecient and cheerful. Not being able to take a drink from the bar into the the dinning room, when dining alone.
The rooms were comfortable, parking was on site and the a la carte restaurant was excellent the pools, while no use at the time of year we were there would be tool small
good room, service was prompt and attentive its location is excellent for all that benidorm has to offer
the swiming pool ,spa, and the food you have to walk a long time to reach the room it is very very far from the reception and all the rest and no free wifi
Our room was lovely, the bed huge and very comfortable. Resort was very clean & staff very helpful. Breakfast was very good with a vast range of choices. The pool areas are spotless & beautiful, alot of thought has gone into the planning of these areas. Was dissapointed that there was no hairdryer in the room. Although its a very impressive hotel/resort/village its a young hotel trying to look like an old hacienda, its almost trying too hard. Never felt like we could truly relax there, not any real atmosphere. No privacy on our terrace. Prefer something more intimate.
the hotel prices on drink; dining and room service extortionet. would recommend hotel but dine and drink out
At special discount price, it was excellent value. Pools, location, breakfast and room staff were all excellent also. It is a lovely place to stay and we will definitely return! We did not get any information at reception when we arrived and had to ask where to get pool towels, breakfast, etc.etc. Also, lacking a shop. Nowhere to buy a book, magazine, tissues, phone credit etc. Not everyone wants to jump in a car and travel into Benidorm when on a quiet weekend break.
large rooms, patio with great view and comfort. Golf course process at check-in was cumbersome and non efficient
Architecture was excellent, Nice room, staff excellent
Friendliness of staff.
The golf course and the club house It was about an hour and a half away by foot to the nearest beach and was very quiet to the point of being eerie. Perhaps we went at the wrong time.
Fabulous architecture and design. Not as lively as I expected.
great scenery and mountain background. The hotel building was great and the golf facilities very good! The red zone was noisy with people singing and using the TV at 5 in the morning.
I liked the grounds, gardens and pools and the fact it was not overely crowded. The staff had warm and loving personalities. They were filming a movie but hardely notice any difference in the service. I loved the massage and the staff was incredible! :>) I can not think of anything I did not like. The first night we were tucked in a corner with out much of a veiw but the staff moved us with out to many questions. we were moved to a room that had a nicer view of the pools and gardens. I felt bad asking to being moved, but the staff seemed to understand.
A real paradise on the Costa Del Sol Spa not flexible on treatments offered, strange in times of recession.
very nice gardens indeed, stylish theme but luckily not overly "asian". typical international layout for this class of resort. popular hotel with the wealthier spanish. helpful staff. comfortable room layouts. nice pools. not much, maybe the choice of snacks from the bar is a bit limited for the demanding hungry guest. plastic goblets around the pool is fine for safety, but I would have preferred glass at the poolbar itself.
The friendliness of staff. The layout of the hotel, the pools were fantastic, the comfort - it felt like home on a grander scale.
The atmosphere. The price of the drinks.
Staff were absouletely wonderfull. The pools out side were amazing and very attractive. At this hotel you should have a better Lounge/ Bar with variety of drinks. in black was disaster, it should not be categorized as gastronomy !! they run out of wine ! they have only two bottels of wine!! Resturants in general were below expectation. at check out we were over charged and we have to tell the receptionist to rectify the mistake. check out process was not efficient neither accurate !!!!
the quality of the building was good.swimming pool area was outstanding-very classy.Bedrooms stylish with good size and facilities.Felt the staff in general were helpful and happy. I felt the food and beverages department needs to up a level.Breakfast was good but at 25 euros too expensive.Bar meal late at night was poor, the asia restaurant meal was ok but felt it just lacked a little class the sweet was a frozen bannana wrap which was bland.Poolside restaurant - ifelt the food was bland more so the sauces.Another big issue was the correct utilisation of public areas
Very nice hotel, friendly people, great spa. I was very quiet first week of Novemeber but weather was still very nice..
The magnificent gardens and excellent staff. Cuisine was not up to level of hotel------Poor in fact .Eg Stale crisps and poor bread with too much mayonnaise delivered to our room , Breakfast greasy -----We could go on .
Parking was easy, staff were helpful and friendly, rooms were clean It had little character because it was so new and the food was very spanish, not a lot of things that fussy english children would eat
A good modern hotel with two excellent pools. Room was spacious, Staff very helpful. Buffet food was excellent. No tea/coffee making facilities. Bed a bit hard - very Spanish! No anti-slip ridges in bath - very dangerous.
Its position was very good - just out of town but close enough to walk in. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was very good. As an english person having tea/coffee facilities in the room would be great
Room was large, well equiped & good bathroom. Reception staff were courteous & helpful. Had read some negative comments about staff but these were unfounded during our stay. Nice indoor seating area with entertainment although we did not watch performances. Very near Benidorm Palace our prime reason for our stay. Good for couples out of season & away from school hols. There was nothing during our stay that was detrimental, although I can imagine that the inner courtyard that acts like an echo chamber could be very noisy & disturbing in busier times.
Just outside the center . Quiet in the nights
Large room with a comfy sofa and balcony. Overall good value for money. Location good for us as it wasn't right in the town (which was crowded). Reception staff were a bit off hand and not so helpful.
Spaciousness, cleanliness and aslo out of the hustle and bustle of Benidorm. The rooms are big and the food is excellent Tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms
the room and the pool good but cant see how it gets 4 stars breakfast ok but the dinner was very poor.. most left it on the plate we went to the cafe next door
the food and the amenities
A superbly located beachside hotel, efficiently run, with clean and comfortable large rooms. No faults.
Good location overlooking the beach and sea. Near to all main parts of the town. No
Where the Hotel was situated
pool but wasnt child freindly the other quests were not child tolerent we felt that they had to be quiet all the time plus no entertainment for them
It´s amazing view to the sea dirctly , breakfast is good also, staff is good , you will found a very good resturates around the hotel like (Mason) and (Ulai) Barking car availble but in charge so i found free barking near of the hotel, room furnture not as 4 stars hotel but it´s ok.
Very smart hotel. Perfectly positioned for the beach and town. Have been going to Benidorm 6 times a year for the last 10 years and probably the best hotel I have stayed at. Very small swimming pool for the size of the hotel but its a minor gripe to be honest.
Quality of food in the restuarante very poor considering the pricing and fact of waiter service, was expecting a far more varied menu and presentation which was appealing to the eye, as it was the standard was very poor.
i alway's felt relaxed the down hill ski slope
I would reccommend this hotel great location very easy going ,clean ,and pleasant staff
Closeness to front. Off road parking, evening meal was excellent. They served the evening meal to us which was 4 courses and very good quality, also well presented. Staff were excellent - very jovial and helpful. Breakfast buffet was a bit meagre. The eggs were overcooked. But there was a good choice of meats and cheese, also pastries, croissants etc.
excellant breakfast.. with 'cava & vino blanco' ! luxury hotel, fantastic gardens & pool realy helpful friendly staff. great large rooms & good value for ££.. no negativity !
Large breakfast selection and spacious pool & gardens
Excellent breakfast, large choice of food. Whilst clean, some public areas looked a little tired after the busy summer season
The room was spacious and clean and comfortable The buffet breakfeast was not good, no clean tables and nobody to help us
Clean, lovely pool, friendly staff. No coffee and tea making facilities in the room.
The staff were so friendly and they all could speak english. This was a great advantage to us as we dont speak spanish.Very helpfull on what to do and were to go. Markets and bus numbers to get you to old town.I would go back to this hotel again and tell my friends It was holloween weekend and all the staff made the effford to dress up and decorate the hotel
Nice surrounding of hotel The staff would not be flexible, we asked for a King bed we did not get this then asked if the twins could be made into this and this we were told was not possible!
I loved sitting in the large peaceful reception area and piano bar. The reserving of sunbeds from the early hours in the morning even if the owners of the towels didn't turn up until late morning or even after lunch. I think this practice should be stopped by management.
Clean, tidy and a wonderful view. Breakfast was a bit of a free for all!
convenience to facilities Staff in all areas superb. air con intrusive thru night.Rooms should be carpeted for insulation
Utterly luxurious and very select - just as 5 star hotel should be. The entire experience was delightful with charming staff and a superb location. The views from the bedroom were stunning and the bed blissfully comfortable. The junior suites are well worth the money and we will definitely stay again
Friendly staff. Very clean throughout. Relaxing. Half board menu very restrictive for a week or more stay (too repetitive). Needs to be extended to give more choice.
staff very friendly, location good, views lovely.. no not really..
Very nice view from our room The rooms are very too small for a 5* hôtel
Amazing place, beautiful food! No swimming pool
The location of the hotel has a difficult access, especially if there's a festivity going on - like the evening I arrived - and the taxi couldn't get closer than 300 meters from the hotel which is on a hill. Foreign alcoholic drinks (too) limited available and not in line with a 5 star hotel. This hotel deserves 4, maximum.
Elegant design. Friendly staff. Excellent location. Gastronomic restaurant. Small room. Small bed for two.
the staff were really friendly the rooms were spotless and the food was great loved the hotel just didnt like benidorm
I cold bring with me my dog
Excellent food choice, Clean and friendly staff
The staff and guests were all very friendly and a nice atmosphere. The all inclusive package gave good value in terms of food and drinks. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious, comfortable and well appointed. The hotel was stylish, exceptionally clean and comfortable. Evening meals were a bit hit and miss in terms of choice. Lunches were much better. Although we saw a good show called spirit of the dance and they had a duo on one night for dancing the rest of the entertainment programme was very poor.
Not a moan, but an on site gift style shop would be nice.
Went here in January as local ex pat resident ,at less then half what we had paid this time and thought it was good value; but this time we had to pay before we had even seen the room. we had a drink in the poolside bar from plastic glasses..hardly 4star treatgment. the food was not very good ,it was more quantity rather then quiality. the staff were very pleasent . But not of the standard we had in January. very disapointed, would not go back.SORRY This should be in next box.
Nice hotel food fair However drink upgrades expencive could not purchase a bottle of decent wine with meal. All drinks at bar served in plastic glasses not expected in 4 star hotel,Wi fi only hotel I have stayed in that charges 6 euros a day for this service.Lots of noise from hen and stag parties drinking cheap spainish drinks on all inclusive.Paid 840 euros for week had better for less. All listed above sorry.
The view was excellent at 15 floor. Food was very tasty and staff friendly, and the comfort and cleaning also good. The noise when maids cleaned.
very disabled friendly plenty of room to store electric wheelchair etc. Only drawback lifts small so not able to take chair to room. funny musty smell could be from drains or waste chute that runs through hotel noticed more when room shut up. Goes after a while.
The excellent decor and pleasant and helpful staff. The hotel was well situated for most Benidorm attractions and the half-board option was excellent value. One very small thing the hangers in the wardrobe of 1212 were incorrectly spaced.
The Belroy was situated in an ideal location. The staff were very friendly
very central to just about everything.
The quietness and standard of comfort.
Very helpful staff, excellent location, good food comparing to restaurants around Very small room (the one for single occupancy), some problems with electicity in the room - it was switching off every 10-20 minutes if airconditioning, hairdryer and light were on.
The room was spacious and the bed very comfy, the bath was full sized so that was a bonus too, the lounge on the 1st floor was really nice and one particular bar staff was so happy and smiley it made up for others that weren't, Staff not very happy or didn't seem to be, not a cosy look but thats not what the hotel was looking for, the pool was very cold as the sun doesn't really get a chance to shine on it the way the hotel is positioned and the only bit of sun bathing area in the afternoon was around the back where there was very little room probly just enough for 10 loungers, oh and around the pool was very slippy when wet.
Modern and stylish hotel, excellent location. I don't reccomend the boarding option as the variety of restaurants nearby is fantastic. Pools, lounge areas and cafe were all very nice and comfortable. Typical to spain, the hours of the pools (even the indoor one) and gym were short and not geared for int'l travellers.
The friendliness and efficiency of the staff. The easy parking facilities and access to the hotel from the car park.
the use of the sauna was verry good indeed the breakfast could have been a little better for 4 star hotel the eggs were not cooked properly and on leaving we had to be outside the hotel for 7-45am for the bus to the airport so we had to miss a breakfast the staff let us in to try and have something coffeeand bread but it was not organised properly the receptionist asked them to put out jam and butter as we had already paid for our breakfast this was very poor indeed i do not blame the staff but for 4 star hotel the organisation could and should be better
Excellent selection of food in restaurant. Leisure facilities very good. Evening entertainment good.
Food was nice. Bar to stay open longer.
the pueblo hotel was an excellant hotel for location to all the entertainment venues,it was very clean and the food was fantastic i would recommend to anyone. nothing
The food was excellent and although the location was noisy was central for Benidorm The room! It was disgusting, smelt strongly of mould and and [room 2004 annexe builing] We worked out because it was situated where the sun could not get through as huge trees prevented this. That said if the trees were removed then the room would be overlooking a very busy bar. I dont think the rooms should be used for this reason!
Staff were very helpful at all times, and there was very easy access to nightlife, shops and bars. Noisy bedrooms and food not hot enough.
We thought the food was of a very high standard and plenty to choose from, cooked really well. will be back in april. I would have liked to have stayed in the main part of the hotel rather than in the annex block 2 which has very small rooms. But still very comfortable.
this was not the same hotel. as i stayed in as march its gone down hill quickly. the food every thing cold that was supposed to be hot.and waiters taking food dishes before you finish youre meal.
close to all amenities. Bus facilities very handy. Entrance to & from the Garage, Keys were very hit & miss.
nice pool good food nice area for hotel rooms were not large enough
It was very good & I intend to return, the staff were v-good! & v-good value price wise.
very good food exellent good entertainment very good spa fantastic
Plenty of living space in the rooms cleaners hogging the lifts on the morning
Easy reach of the beaches and nightlife. TV more than caters for Uk travellers. Good quality and plentiful breakfast buffet. Too basic in rooms ie no toiletries, small towels etc.
I think the bedrooms need refurbished.Very clean but getting a bit shabby so should be updated
stayed there before no it was ok but not as clean as the first time we stayed there in2002
Well laid out, spacious and clean. No negative feedback.
Pool area and rooms were all kept clean, great value for money as we paid £35 for a 3 night stay. There were 4 adults in the apt on a long weekend stay which was not cramped at all we just made the bug balcony our sitting area No crockery or cutlery although there is a kitchen - think they should either do away with the kitchens to make the rooms even bigger or put some accessories in.
Entertainment was good Food could be improved
very friendly staff, always clean, good eveninig and childrens entertainment. lots of variety for meal times, good quality food, not your usual all inclusive rubbish!!! hotel reception staff thought we had paid too little for our rooms and wanted to make an extra charge..
Pool No tea or coffee making facilities in room and breakfast was not good
Pool and room fantastic
The setting is tremendous and the hotel is really very nice indeed. Very big rooms, good breakfast, relaxed atmosphere. We were there early Sept and the hotel was only about 10% occupied. While this made life comfortable, it also meant that several of the bars/restaurants were already closed and the place had an empty feel at times. The hotel is located outside Benidorm and getting into town is a 12-14 euros ride. There is ample parking at the hotel if you have hire-car (although, as i say, we were there off season). Minor quibble is that wi-fi is 3 euros per hour or 12 euros for 12 hours. This mounts up if you are computer-dependent.Weather was fantastic and no problem getting sunbeds. i am not a golfer but the courses looked superb. Expensive wi-fi
Everything. Price for the dinner buffet a bit expensive, but excellent food and service. Best dinner buffet ever.
The grounds are stunning and you feel like you are in a very luxurios hotel from the moment you step out of the taxi, the heated swimming pool was great and the food was really good. Would definitely return.
The suite we hired had a nice bathroom and balcony. Good standards. The place was deserted. Only 1 restaurant out of 8 was open and the other hotel was closed! Some facilities (as advertised) were not available.
Beautiful setting, luxury accommodation with potential to be a very special place The 'customer service' was appalling. Rude staff at reception and a friend's request for a quiet room was not only ignored despite there being a large number of alternative rooms available but they were also very unpleasant about it. This resulted in her leaving early as she was so upset by the experience. There were one or two exceptions but this really needs addressing.
The excellent facilities.
Spacious room with beautiful view.friendly helpfull staff.excellent golf
it is comfort and good value for money no
The hotel was very comfortable and the food on offer was of a very good standard.
Easy to find, sited in an excellent place, staff very friendly, no problems. The pool was not very clean, the water was cloudy.
The easy access and quiet ambienace
the location for us was perfect, the quality of rooms and hotel in general
Great room, with quality furniture and plenty of space, even for a single. Mini bar not very well stocked
good location stated as tea & coffee facilities in room NOT so, dissapointed in this
Taking strolls through old town of Benidorm and along the beaches. The hotel was clean and staff polite but lacked the small touches of that bit of luxury one would expect from a 4 star hotel rating. The shampoo/gel dispensers in the bathroom needed to be more clearly marked in order to identify which was which. Hotel seemed a bit tired looking and possibly needed a facelift to bring back a bit of sparkle.
Good location for bars and shops, room good size very clean, nice buffet breakfast, very good hotel would recommend to friends. nothing
Wondeful reception by all the staff. Room very clean and large as is all of the hotel. Lift to all floors quick. Our views of the sea and beaches were excellent. Have stayed at the Victoria before and will continue to do so. Parking underground very good. Spa not open on our visit NO COMPLAINTS
location was very good, five min walk to beach, restaurants. Food was very good. swimming pool was lovely.
The pool area was very nice. The staff were pleasant but not over friendly. The buffet breakfast left a lot be desired. After 2 mornings we decided we would rather go out for breakfast as the food was not great.
Very helpfull staff. Food was ok and the swimming pool nice. More like a family Hotel than a Party hotel
indoor pool facilities, smoking areas within hotel, good choice of food, resonably price drinks,
Excellent price for a 4 star hotel in August.
I liked the room with the balcony. The airconditioned worked well too.The indoor pool is heated at 32 degrees witch is pleasant. You have to pay 5 euros to use it although you get one free entrance per stay.I had a wonderful massage there. There is a supermarket right in front of the hotel and a big one behind the hotel that is so convenient for families. I did not like the food at the hotel.I recommend breakfast only as they are plenty of restaurants 5mn walk from the hotel. The hotel is located about 10 to 15mn walk from the beach whcih is a bit far to walk in the heat....the lifts are often very busy ( up to 15mn waiting time)so I would advise asking for a low floor so it is easier to use the stairs.
hotel staff was fab and very friendly. not enough younger people staying at this hotel..
This was the second time we have stayed at the Princessa and we enjoyed ourselves both times, it is easily accessable and close to all amenities only thing we found was that the pillows were very hard
lovely hotel, reception staff extremely helpful and speak very good english. they seem to be happy to help with any quiries you may have no
