9.5 Excellent
Pros: This place is amazing, super cozy, the decoration is very beautiful, with old elements in the right measure, which gives a harmonious and elegant character. The owners, Erick and Chloe, are super friendly, made us very comfortable and gave great walking tips for the area. The breakfast is excellent with yogurt and jams made by them, not to mention the delicious bread, brioche and croissant. Do not miss the opportunity to have dinner at this bed and breakfast. They use local products and Erick cooks wonderfully! The room is great, spacious, super clean and with a very nice smell. If we travel again to the area, we will definitely stay again at this place!
Cons: Nothing, this place is excellent.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed here as we were going corn weekend skiing and our expectations were met overly in Thisbe property. Erik and Chloe make you feel so at home and even if the snow isn’t not good too ski you have plenty to do in their home. They have an amazing jacuzzi and living room you can feel a twinge home in. Also with the games and bar they have upstairs you don’t even need to leave. Me and my partner spent two nights here and will definitely return .
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Heaven in the hills!
Cons: It was perfect!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I never fill these things out and am often trying to find a place away from the tourists. Chex Jeanmyvonne was everything we hoped for and more. A beautiful, fun and authentic experience. chloe and Erick were incredible hosts, so gracious and accommodating and genuinely cared about ensuring we had the best experience possible. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and the food was amazing! We would absolutely stay again and recommend to others!
Cons: We loved everything!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owners are really nice, and the cooking is excellent.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Chloe and Erick were amazing hosts and they strike the right balance between being really friendly, chatty and helpful without being intrusive. Erick is a great cook and both the breakfast and dinner were packed full of the finest local specialities. The outside terrace offers stunning views while trying some lovely local aperitif.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Large, comfortable, beautful, clean rooms. Spacious guest areas. Superb dinner. Very friendly owners.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Such a nice place to stay!:) Everything, from the rooms to the common areas is so full of detail and love - but Chloé and Erick outperform this with their big sympathy and kindness! I like privately owned apartments like this and experienced some of them the last years - this one is the best for me. Will definitely come back to La Bresse and will stay at Chez Jeanmyvonne. And, if you have the possibility to have diner in the evening (they serve dependant from the number of guests joining diner) - don´t think, do it! Erick is a tremendous cook! I could go on writing, but tried to keep it short, as there´s too much too praise and highlight here:)

7.5 Good
Pros: The apartment in itself was very good, enough space; very near the start of ski pistes; enough room for the skis
Cons: The complex is alone far away from any town, no restaurant (except a self-service, which was closed in the evenings), no bar, no pharmacy, no bakery, no shop; everything closed (even the street lighting) after 19:00; the main entrance of the residence was closed part of the day; any walk (I was not skying) started with the crossing of the parking, whose surface was very impressive, with a lot of cars parked in no sensible way, with nothing foreseen for pedestrians; no parking reserved for the persons of the residence, once our car was completely blocked by others and we could not use it for the whole day
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was excellent for a family of 5 and the staff was so friendly. They were so lovely when our daughters tried hard to speak French.. Was lovely and quiet and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will definitely return

9.3 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful location, great apartments, nice staff.
Cons: There is basically no reception, the staff is available for 2 hours every day. The check-out is from 8 to 10 but the reception opens at 9 on Sunday, so if you want to check out on a Sunday, you have to wait until 9. As many people come here for hiking, it is really inconvenient that you can't leave on time in the morning...
8.3 Excellent

7.0 Good
Pros: The location was great. In the middle of the nature, with multiple hiking options just at our door mat. We also discovered La Bresse and their incredible range of outdoors activities.
Cons: It felt a bit on the expensive side for an old and mostly plastic double bedroom... maybe the camping option is a better alternative.
7.5 Good
Pros: Everything was good
Cons: The TV in the room was hanged in the middle of the walking path between the door and the bathroom. I would take it out from the room. By the way who watches TV in a ski-area hotel?
5.8 Okay
Cons: Set your expectations low.the price is right but it’s old and rundown. It’s fine considering the price.but definitely no creature comforts. The cleanliness was sufficient but not exceptional.
Auberge de la Retelere - La Bresse - Bedroom

L'Auberge du Brabant - La Bresse - Building
13
8.2 Excellent (491 reviews)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely helpful staff and fantastic location. Lovely feel about the place and nice meal in the evening.
Cons: I was entirely satisfied. there was nothing not to like!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful location in the mountains. This is an Eco and Bio hotel, they only use natural products and locally sourced produce. Great place for walking.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Lovely and quiet setting with amazing views. Roads both sides to die for! Hairpin bends great on a motorbike!
Cons: The shower was annoying! A push button is so old fashioned and out of date!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Super clean, modern, large comfortable rooms. Great location at the top of a mountain with fantastic views. Quite. Just the sounds of birds in the morning.
Cons: The shower was very small and had a self timer where you had to keep pushing the button every 40 seconds to continue getting water. There was, however, lots of hot water.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The staff here were extremely welcoming and the location was stunning. The evening meal was very nice and the dining room had a good atmosphere. Accommodation was clean and comfortable.
Cons: There was nothing to dislike
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Mountain top location with a lovely view from the terrace. Food was good rather than excellent but the staff were great. Rooms were fairly basic but were clean. Would certainly stay again.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great location just next to the slopes, delicious food, comfortable room
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful friendly staff accommodated us in every way. I enjoyed the clean room, comfortable bed, play room for my son and general feeling that you are not ripped off. Breakfast is terrific! It is optional, but you must have it to enjoy your day at the ski slopes. I have never seen elsewhere the number and quality of confitures offered. Plus, unlike the rest of France, you get to enjoy eggs, bacon, fruits and delicious multigrain bread still hot from the oven. I had a good time and still keep great memories of the views from the auberge's balcony.
Cons: I was warned about it, but it is a pain to take a shower equipped with push button to save water. Every 30 seconds you have to keep pushing to get the water flowing. The hotel is located at the top of the mountain. It is great for the view, but driving at night for the first time was nurve-breaking.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location and the view are beautiful. Our room was comfy and we appreciated the "real" shutters. Local Vosges candies offered for free on the room's desk.
Cons: The breakfast was good but I expected better. The lady at reception told us that "compote" would be offered but that was not the case on the buffet. No munster cheese on the buffet. The hotel is too expensive for what you get.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice quiet location, evening meal was nice. Breakfast was varied with a good choice. Room basic but totally acceptable for our stay. WIFI coverage was limited to public areas but was a no real issue for us.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were clean. And the breakfast was really well arranged.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: It is the Ibis standard, although in its lower level. The room is large and the facility is overall in decent level. The breakfast was good and the location is good.
Cons: The hotel is not well maintained, there is cigarette smell in the corridors, the wifi didn't work at the first day. They gave me password that did not work, eventually the Ibis router starts to work only on the 2nd day at good stream rate.
7.0 Good
Pros: Central to the town and convenient for our needs visiting the MTB World Cup
Cons: We booked two rooms one for myself and my husband and one for my daughter and paid the same for both rooms. The price paid for the double room was good value but when you pay exactly the same for one person it makes it expensive which I don’t understand?
