Paradise Hot Springs Thermal Resort

The staff was super friendly. The hot springs were amazing! The rooms were large, comfortable, and clean with beautiful views of the volcano. The front desk staff was very helpful. The hot springs were very relaxing at night.

The food was not great & quite pricey for what you got as were the drinks. Some smell in the bathroom coming from outside. The facility caters to the day pass people and NOT the actual hotel stay client who are paying a Very huge price tag! The temperature of the hot springs could be a bit hotter. Limited menu at the restaurant.

The rooms are large, comfortable, and clean with beautiful views of the volcano. The bathroom was A+. The room smelled of fresh cedar as many of the pieces were wood. The beds are very comfortable and rooms are spacious with good facilities. The room was lovely with good facilities & the pools were great.
