Staff was great. Good, clean hotel.
Room was clean. Breakfast had a great selection.
The staff were very friendly and overall I had a great experience. I would recommend it to anyone staying in La Junta.
The pool could have been cleaner.
Staff was very welcoming and professional. Room was clean and big.
The only bad thing I can say is that I couldn't get my window open.
It was very clean and they were very helpful! We needed roll aways and it was no problem. Breakfast was good also very nice hotel! Will stay again!
Nice staff. Great room. Tasty breakfast.
I really do not like the TV remotes.
The staff was very friendly and proficient. The rooms were clean and nice.
The breakfast! Had turkey sausage and eggs that tasted real. One of the best assortments for breakfast we've ever seen!
We had a problem with locking our door. The staff came up immediately. The first one couldn't fix the problem so she sent someone else up. He also responded right away and fixed it temporarily.
The hotel was under construction and we were not aware when making the booking. There was a slight layer of dust all over the door from the sanding down the walls. However the inside of the rooms was clean.
New sheet-rock in halls made for quite a mess.
The staff was very friendly.
It is undergoing renovations. Unfinished drywall, plastic on floors, etc. Room was clean but AC old and noisy. Not up to par with other Holiday Inns.
The location and being quiet
The mud tracked up the stairs from the lobby
What an unexpected treat. Room was nice sized with lots of extras. Great plug-ins for all our electronics. Breakfast was good. Staff wasn't overly friendly but room was worth it!.
There is nothing good to say about the quality of the room we stayed in. There was a constant drip from the bathtub faucet and the noise this created was very irritating. Maintenance staff was unable to fix because of lack of parts. The U-bolt on the door was broken so we were unable to lock the door in a secure fashion. The room was next to the fitness room. When the room was in use, the noise and floor vibration was irritating. The wireless internet did not work. The front desk informed me the hotel was having difficulties. I was provided with a cable for direct connection. We requested another room but none was available. We did receive a refund. This Holiday Inn Express is not typical of our experiences at other Holiday Inn Express properties. We do not recommend staying at this location.
Its a great place to spend a day or night at this property. The staff is excellent and very friendly, they had the room ready just the way I would have imagined. They left me check-in early too. The rooms are comfy and cozy. Their breakfast is the best in town because its such a small town and you are limited to good places. Very reasonably priced rooms and great value for your money.
There are not many hotels to choose from in La Junta, but this Holiday Inn is a great option. It was comfortable and clean. The staff were helfpul and welcoming and the breakfast was pretty good. The rooms can be slightly noisy, but aren't they all?
