I loved the location by the lake and really enjoyed the suite. It's very well maintained and comfortable. The king bed is super comfy, the fire place very nice. I got a very good deal too so it was great value.
In the 2 bedroom suite, the larger bed is much more comfortable than the smaller one. I can thereby confirm the impression of some of the other reviewers. Some of the beds are not nice for a longer stay. Still totally fine, though. The communication with the property could be improved. I received an invalid receipt at first. At first, my complaint was rejected with one sentence. After resolving the problem (I had been overcharged, got refunded), I never received an apology. Could have been handled differently.

Room with a view, fantastic.
We are repeat customers... This may be new policy, but at this premium price point, it is unacceptable not to be allowed to use the hotel amenities on the day of check out past 11:00 AM (tennis, kayak, canoe, etc.). Basically a whole day of outdoor activities are lost. If this is not changed/improved, we will not return and recommend others to avoid it as well!

It is a modern beautiful lake view apartment.
The mattresses were awful and we didn't have a good sleep, the balcony was lake view but with no privacy. People walking around.
