Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, with many finding it close to attractions and offering good value for the price. However, there were widespread complaints about cleanliness, including dirty rooms, stained bedding, and bugs. Service also received negative feedback, with reports of unhelpful staff, lack of accommodation for issues, and limited staff presence. Bed comfort was another concern, with several guests mentioning hard or uncomfortable beds. Overall, while the location is a highlight, improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and comfort.AI-Generated from customer reviews
