6.0 Good
Pros: The room was very nice and it was clean... with the exception written below.
Cons: I would have rated the room highly if it were not for the very musty conditioner. The AC blew out musty air that made me very concerned for our respiratory health. The unit is very old and needs to be replaced ASAP
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable bed, good free breakfast selection.
Cons: The other customers. They were loud and unrefined, the food from the restaurant connected to the hotel was disappointing and service was slow.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Breakfast was good.
Cons: Quite shabby. Bathroom both the sink and the bathtub drains did not drain well.
7.5 Good
Pros: Clean and very close to highway, along with restaurants and Wawa for gas and coffee. The pool is small but great for off season guest who’s children were really looking forward to the pool! Loved the breakfast waffles.
Cons: It was further from Jim Thorpe than I would have liked.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location & Price
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great customer service , the breakfast has a great selection and was hot and ready !! Beds were really comfortable!
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Heating system was weak, causing the room to be cold.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, pool and breakfast!
7.0 Good
Pros: Breakfast was fine. The ladies that were bringing out the food were very friendly and helpful. Location of hotel was good.
Cons: First let me say Susan did a good job with cleaning the room. She has to deal with old bathroom fixtures and there was some mold issues. I was not at all happy when we were eating breakfast and someone brought their dog into the breakfast area. I am not an animal hater but I am allergic. I don't want to spend money to stay in a hotel and have a dog panting and yipping right next to me. Plus the issue of hair. We got up and left.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Inclusive breakfast both days was wonderful! It exceeded expectations for free continental breakfast at other establishments. It was close enough to everywhere we wanted to visit while we were in the Poconos for a good price. It was conveniently located right off the main highway (easy on/off access).
Cons: There was a clump of hair under the sheets on the one bed the first day we were there, I understand how that sort of thing gets stuck in the wash sometimes, so while I can see how it happens, probably best to double check cleanliness of the bedding in that regard...it was a bit off-putting.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Bed was comfortable. TV was big.
Cons: Issues with check in and billing. We had to wait a while for the staff member to get off the phone before we could check in. Check in was at 3. We arrived at 4. We went to our room to find 2 people still cleaning the room and would take about 15 min. They said they were unaware someone was checking in. We were assigned another room. Everything worked but it sure needed repairs/ maintenance. It had a jacuzzi but we didn't use it. I had doubts about its cleanliness regarding germs and bacteria. The cleaning staff tried to come in the day before checkout because we were on the list to check out. We went to the desk to find a mix up on the paperwork. We thought it was taken care of until I saw the bill that was under the door on our real day of checkout. It had someone else's name, address, and card number. Which means he had mine. This other person checked out 2 days ago. I expect the charges to be straightened out tomorrow after we leave. Now I have to worry about identity theft and false charges. The fridge froze our sodas.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Complimentary breakfast was delicious.

Pros: Beautiful lake !!

3.1 Mediocre
Pros: My husband and son had good things to say about the golf course. Outdoor pool was fine.
Cons: Rude front desk staff person "greeted" us upon our arrival for 4:00 check in, but our room was not ready until 6:00 pm. No explanation or additional accommodation was offered. Room was worn, but adequate. Toilet didn't work well, 3 towels for a 4 person room and no extra toilet paper. We had to search for housekeeping, who didn't clean our room on our second day. We were happy to check out the following day. We won't be returning. Bottom line, if you get this room very cheap, be prepared to get what you paid for. Don't overpay, it's not worth it.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: The water park.
Cons: Arrived at 12 for early check in. Did not receive my room till 430 with no care or regard. Totally under staffed and the worker told me so. How that's my problem I'm not sure. I paid $500 dollars for a room for 12 hours or less comes with nothing included total robbery. I get back to the room at 2am with my wife wanna use the jacuzzi tub surprise doesn't work GREAT ending to a horrible day. I tell the staff in the morning basically not a care in the world not even a sorry. I wasn't looking for anything back that's not my style. Total disaster last question is check out is 11am why do they need 5 hours to clean a room and I couldn't get late check out. Don't go spend your money somewhere else I bust my butt for mine
4.0 Okay
Pros: Split rock grill was good and location to slopes.
Cons: Our room had lots of damage in it including holes in the door, the tub wouldn't drain, and the water was like warm. The staff was friendly but inexperienced and didn't offer any compensation for our inconveince, including not refunding our $45 resort fee that we had to pay which was in addition to what we already paid online. if I stayed in the area again I'd probably try a different hotel.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: I loved the mixture of activities offered, especially for younger people. My teenager was occupied all day, every day. The place is so big, you can't get bored. And, if you want to do nothing, hanging out in the suite, lounging by the pool, or sitting by the lake are all great options. I got an amazing price using KAYAK, which made it even better.
Cons: I was fortunate to stay at The Willows. While staying in the main building is convenient, it's also super busy and loud with everyone there. Our suite was very nice... the mattresses could use any upgrade, though. Especially the sofa bed; not recommended for anyone over teen years. And for some reason, getting the room cleaned and sheets for the sofa bed was a lot more work than it should've been. I had to flag someone down to get the bathroom cleaned. Lastly, one major attraction, the water park, wasn't working at least 1 day and not fully functional another day.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: My boyfriend and I stayed in one of the cabins and it was very nice. We didn't want to do anything except relax and so the cabin was perfect for us. The resort itself has a lot of activities as well and there is something for everyone to do.
Cons: There was no wifi in the cabins but I was able to turn my phone into a wifi hotspot so it wasn't a big deal.

Pros: The room was nice
Cons: Worst service we ever experienced. Terrible terrible exoerience!!!!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The location
Cons: Dinner menu doesn’t have too many options
5.4 Okay
Pros: I liked some of the sports activities on the resort. The cleanliness of the rooms was good.
Cons: I didn’t like the lack of restaurants on the resort. The pictures of the rooms on your booking websites don’t match what the rooms really look like.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The land where it sits is beautiful
Cons: Hotel is OLD and everything is falling apart. Customer service is terrible. There were only 2 women at check in, one literally said to her coworker in front of me ‘I had enough and will go get a drink’ leaving only the one women in front of me to attend me. The woman attending me didn’t explain anything to me about anything in the resort and this was my first time(and last) there. She barely had patience to explain how to get to my room all the way at the other end of the main building. She wouldn’t want to explain about the restaurant options or how the amenities worked. She just said find your room and then come back. The hotel is too big and they can’t afford to hire enough people to maintain it properly which is just sad as the land is beautiful and it must have been a top notch place 50 years ago. When we finally found the entry to the 5th floor building we found Employees hiding on the side stairs smoking marihuana and the entire guest-rooms hallway which is supposed to be even smoke free smelled like marihuana. The amenities throughout were in extremely poor condition. Billiard room: tables broken with missing balls /archery: the only 2 arrows available were broken and the target was falling apart / arcade: machines kept eating tokens or not dispensing tickets / Bowling: was working but it was old / buffet: Horrible food, you’re better off going to the much better and much nicer restaurants outside of the ‘Resort’ / Ice machine on the hallway on the 5th floor was broken so you would have to walk ALL the way down to the 2nd floor at the other end of the buildings and the list goes on and on and on. The managers and owners of this place are going to have to think about a way to get this resort fixed and rethink their business if they want to survive the next 10 years. The younger generations are all about great experience, good service and yes ‘instagrammable’ moments so once the more senior visitors are gone, their business will be over.
6.0 Good
Pros: Bed was comfortable .but there was noise heard in tge room starting at 6:30 am.sound lije someone was roller skating in ceiling and outside ...it was the cleaning ladies carts i later found out
Cons: But there was noise heard in the room starting at 6:30 am.sound like someone was roller skating in ceiling and outside in hallways...it was the cleaning ladies carts i later found out...
7.7 Good
Pros: Spacious suite, comfy bed, moderately clean, continuous hot water, comfy couch, extra linens. Very nice weekend getaway.
Cons: Thin walls, could hear next door occupants. Adjoining door to suites, can hear every conversation on the other side. Yellow stained ring around the tub.

4.2 Okay
Pros: There was parking for long vehicles like our trailer. The lobby is a nice first impression. Beautiful view from the balcony.
Cons: When I called to book the room, after my 5th attempt the person answered the phone told me I had to call back he was to busy to book my room. The rooms were extremely out dated The adjourning door was covered with another door. There was an indescribable smell. The fire extinguisher in the hallway the casing was broke and hanging out. Leaving the elevators did not work. The balcony had railings that had chipped paint and was crooked to say the least. Was not the most impressive hotel by far.
7.1 Good
Pros: Very clean rooms. Friendly staff
Cons: The restaurant never opened on the Friday I was there. I had to go out to find food.
7.9 Good
Pros: Property is now undergoing renovations but was kept nice. Was disappointed with Gym. No staff and broken machinery am attributing this to renovations.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was friendly and there was a lot to do.
Cons: The hotel is a little outdated.... the tv in the room was very old and small.
7.1 Good
Pros: The rooms were clean and the beds & linens made for a comfortable nights sleep. The rooms are quiet. The views facing the woods are amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: We especially didn't like that the elevator kept having problems. One time it reportedly opened with the shaft exposed. This is a HUGE problem for children & handicapped people! The place is also in need of major renovation.
1.0 Poor
Pros: nothing
Cons: The hotel was very dirty, around the pool was messy and dirty. They shut off the water two days and we could not shower. We left the hotel early and would never go again.

7.4 Good
Pros: Very nice staff, clean room, pretty location, nice balcony, room has mini kitchen with big fridge and stove etc Also, they said if you book with them (not through a booking agent) you are able to cancel your reservation for a full refund
Cons: Old TV, murphy bed was kind of strange, free wifi is only in lobby, road has a lot of pot holes, not many things were open

Pros: Its location for what I had to do.

6.0 Good
Cons: Did not have enough towels, not properly cleaned, other guedts very noisey.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel has a very large heated indoor pool. Great location. Discount Tickets for waterpark.Breakfast was included. With all the money we saved, it paid for the room
Cons: The hotel is a little dated. Could use some upgrades.
4.0 Okay
Cons: There were no towels in the room and called front desk two times and told someone was bringing them. After 3 hours or more, I had to walk to the front desk and physically wait for someone to bring me to towels. There was no phone in the room so all calls to the front desk had to be done on my cell phone. The spa tub had brown stains, the spout plug didn't have a way to remove it once it was in the drain & had to use a coin to pry under it to drain the water. The entire hotel smelled like mildew
6.0 Good
Pros: Room was very large & clean. Pool is very nice.
Cons: The restaurant & bar are not open on sundays. That was the main reason we booked with this hotel. No where on the site did it tell us this, if it had we wouldn’t have booked here. We ending up at Arby’s because we didn’t want to travel 30 mins after traveling all day.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: we really love the atmosphere of the bar/lounge and the heated pool was very delightful.. we had the jacuzzi room and it was very romantic, the outside was a little bit skeptical but once you entered you felt right at home. we were very Satisfied with the entire stay

Pros: If you are looking for low price, this is the place.
Cons: The building is old and needs updated. Tile in bathroom missing, mold in tiles in shower. Curtains in room need replaced, backing falling off. Overall room was clean. There was a sign that said they were hiring. The staff that is there are doing their best with what they have to work with. If you are looking for low price, this is the place.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The tranquility in the hotel and the friendly staff.
Cons: Hotel could improve their breakfast items.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Awful, hideous, horrible place
Cons: It was dirty, in disrepair, amenities like the heat and TV don't work. They then continued to charge my card after I left, trying to scam me out of money.

5.0 Okay
Pros: Reasonably priced and central location relative to the intersecting highways I-80 and 476. Night desk clerk was very friendly and knowledgeable, and competent. She is an asset!
Cons: The check out was a bit 'abrupt' owing to the chambermaids assuming I did not request a late checkout for noon - which I did and was authorized for. I informed her I arranged for such and she seemed to dispute my testimony in that regard. Not courteous.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: I was very impressed by this place. I and three friends stayed here for a convention at a nearby resort, and I can honestly say this is one of the most comfortable places I've stayed in. The price is for a suite with a kitchenette and pull-out couch (which we didn't end up using, but as a sofa it was very comfortable). The continental breakfast area in the office had a relatively small selection but did have a waffle maker, which was a pleasant surprise. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and courteous, and provided a swift and easy checkin and checkout. He also seems to be very knowledgeable about the area, as I overheard him telling another guest about some of the local attractions. Overall my friends and I were very impressed and would definitely stay here again.
Cons: There were a few ants in the breakfast area one morning, but the gentleman at the front desk dealt with them quickly when we brought it to his attention.
6.0 Good
Pros: The bed and employees were nice.
Cons: When I seen how messy the outside was and the poor appearance it did not make a good impression. But the room was clean and the bed was nice.
7.0 Good
Pros: It was quiet and a good size
Cons: It had little in the way of coffee and/or food
1.0 Poor
Pros: The tv worked. Good coffee in office.
Cons: Bare floors may be cleaner than carpets, however they are also louder - could hear every move in room above us. This is a very spartan hotel. No frills. Hard bed. Two small pillows. One blanket over one sheet. Cold. No instructions for the room temp.
7.5 Good
Pros: Clean and a good value. My room had new flooring and bath.
Cons: The place was showing its age. My door was difficult to open and close. Steps were worn. No desk in the room.
7.1 Good
Pros: Friendly staff, clean linen. Convenient to Split Rock Resort.
Cons: Very dated and worn furniture. Moldy smell
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: The hotel is located 5 minutes from Jack Frost Ski Resort.

6.0 Good
Pros: Ok for when going alone for a quick night stay !
Cons: Peaceful
7.0 Good
Pros: It's a good discount motel. Close to everything, somewhat dated but clean. Didn't have a need for the efficiency kitchen but I imagine during ski season it would be great to have.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Convenient location
Cons: Very dated with marginal accommodations and cleanliness
4.2 Okay

5.4 Okay
Pros: I liked some of the sports activities on the resort. The cleanliness of the rooms was good.
Cons: I didn’t like the lack of restaurants on the resort. The pictures of the rooms on your booking websites don’t match what the rooms really look like.

Pros: Spacious suite, comfy bed, moderately clean, continuous hot water, comfy couch, extra linens. Very nice weekend getaway.
Cons: Thin walls, could hear next door occupants. Adjoining door to suites, can hear every conversation on the other side. Yellow stained ring around the tub.
