Pros (+) Stayed for a week while training for a new business. Staff was great! Room had all the required business outlets, desk, comfortable chairs, refrigerator, and most importantly a very nice bed. Room was clean and well appointed. Close to restaurants and Publix. Very convenient hotel to the interstate and 417. If you need to stay in the Lake Mary area, I highly recommend the Westin.
Cons (-) That they have Starbucks in the room! Lobby bar did not have beers on tap. Everything Elise was great, not much to criticism to give.

Pros (+) The bar and restaurant were nice. The bathroom in room was a nice size.
Cons (-) The staff was not friendly. We were not happily greeted, welcomed with a smile, or made to even feel welcome at all when we arrived.

Pros (+) very clean very green had great conversations around the pool with other guests on site steak house was nice but not cheap We would stay there again
Cons (-) ac wouldn't go as low as needed, we like it freezing black out shades are not totaly blacked out so we got sunshine in the morning

Pros (+) We had an early morning flight so the location was convenient to get to airport quickly.
Cons (-) Only minus was the hot tub didn't work. They rest of the hotel was great!
