Pros: It was on our path. Affordable compared to nearby hotels.
Cons: Needs a lot of upgrades! Definitely not a 2 ½ star hotel! Maybe 1 âï¸ ---
Pros: The breakfast was just cereal and bananas, pool wasn't open, got charged an extra $10 to have 2 beds
Pros: It was clean and comfortable, and we loved the gentleman at the front desk. Go Cubs!
Cons: The outside was pretty run down and because hardly anyone was there it felt a isolated.
Pros: I wasn't robbed so that was good.
Cons: The absolute worst motel I have ever stayed in. Very misleading to list it as a 2.5 star motel. I have probably stayed over 300 nights in motels this was the first I ever felt unsafe. I am pretty sure Norman Bates lives there.
Pros: The manager was nice
Cons: I think it is a better hotel in the summer. This time of year the restaurant was closed, the office was dark and locked so we had to get him. The hotel was nearly deserted, and seemed to be unfriendly. The parking lot wasn't even completely plowed.
Pros: Clean. Quiet.
Cons: We were the only people in the whole place.
Pros: The hotel was clean and in a very good location.
Cons: the hotel advertised complimentary breakfast when in fact their restaurant was closed, which left us to find another place suitable for a meal. Sometimes that is difficult in a small town.
Pros: New Tv
Cons: Wifi did not work. Paint chipping off of the walls. The free breakfast consists of cereal, old apples, and muffins.
Pros: the employee at the front desk knew me by name as I first entered the hotel!
Cons: no free breakfast
