Mario, Jul 2017 - Palace Hotel Tokyo
Pros (+) Everything : breakfast, bed, room, the air even was nice and pleasant smelling. Location was perfect for work.
Cons (-) The staff were a little too friendly - I felt like I had to return a 'good morning' every 10 steps.

Anonymous, Jan 2017 - Imperial Hotel Tokyo
Pros (+) Public areas are impressive, and the staff quality is amazing. Good location near Ginza.
Cons (-) "Executive king" room was outdated and generally unimpressive, especially for the price. I have heard that the rooms in the Tower are better. I would not stay again.
