Wonderful
Anonymous, Mar 2022 - The Kahala Hotel & Resort
The staff was so helpful, from the concierge to the front desk staff. Pros (+) The food is excellent. While parts of the facility are outdated, it is well maintained and the attentive staff makes up for the slightly dated appearance. The beach is awesome.
Cons (-) The pool should be larger. The poolside menu could use some more pizazz and creativity.

John, Aug 2016 - The Kahala Hotel & Resort
Pros (+) Private beach means it is never overcrowded. Friendly, professional staff. Dolphin Lagoon a must experience for kids. Big, comfortable room with comfortable bed, nice bath amenities. All toilets have a bidet, which is a nice surprise. Beautiful grounds and atmosphere.
Cons (-) Above average humidity for this time of year. We were told it was due to the El Nino from winter. Small pool (and number of chaise lounges) that can get crowded quickly. Food from the Seaside Grill and Plumeria is overpriced and okay, at best. Drinks overpriced, but tastes great.
