Julia, Jun 2021 - Nobu Hotel Miami Beach
Cons (-) Our "Bay View" room was a view of the car park, the room was not clean, the mini bar empty, room service impossible to get hold of, taxi's impossible to get hold of, couldn't tell who worked there and who didn't, the Nobu desk was never open when we tried - always sent to the Eden Roc side. I understand covid is an issue, but then don't charge so much.

Pros (+) The spa is fantastic, all massage therapists I had were excellent. The beach is spectacular. The menu for vegans and vegetarians was poor especially considering it was a health resort but the fried artichoke hearts were delicious.
Cons (-) The menu at the restaurant had few options for vegetarians. Not 1 salad filled with vegetables. They all had fruit or meat in them. I ate elsewhere during my stay.

Pros (+) This was formerly canyon ranch. It has all the amenities of canyon ranch with the location on the beach! Could not be better. Fitness instructors excellent
Cons (-) Teacher of strength class paid more attention to timing the segments than correcting our form
